Product overview

Key and touch control

Function Key
Function key on the right side of the wristwatch can be pressed long and short

Boot:
Press and hold the function key for 3 seconds until the screen lights up

Shutdown/restart:
Press and hold the function key for 3 seconds to select “ shutdown /restart ” in the power on state *press and hold the function key for 3 seconds, the boot fails, please charge  it and try again

Shortcut functions:
Short press to light up the screen in the resting state of the power on the short press to enter the list of all functions when the main dial is on the short press to return to the main dial  when the non-main dial is on

Touch Screen Function
The wristwatch screen can slide up/down left / right, tap, long press non-main dial interface status, slide right to return to the previous level

Connecting the wristwatch

Download “Lifit” App:
Use the “Lifit ” App to connect to the wristwatch, and after a successful connection, you can check the connection status, manage the dial, and view health data in the App.

Pair and connect wristwatch:
After the wristwatch is turned on, select the system language and open the pairing QR code according to the interface guide; Download “Lifit ” by mobile phone, complete the
registration and login;
Click “Device>Add Device ” in the “Lifit ” App and follow the instructions to complete binding.

• During the pairing process, please make sure that the Bluetooth of your mobile phone is on and the distance to the wristwatch is within the valid range
• Please make sure the mobile phone’s power is higher than 20% before pairing to avoid pairing failure due to insufficient power
• Support iOS 12.0 and above. Android 6.0 and above, Bluetooth 4.0 and above

Charging

• Please keep the charging port clean and dry before charging to avoid corrosion of metal contacts or other risks caused by sweat residue.
• To extend the battery life, please charge the device in time before the power is depleted completely.
• If the equipment is stored for a long time, it should be charged once every 3 months, in case the battery cannot be used normally due to excessive discharge.

Change the watch strap

Remove the wristband
Turn the wristwatch back and locate the quick release lever; while pressing the quick-release lever inward, gently pull the wristband out of the watch.
Remove the wristband
Insert the lever at the left end into the slotted hole to fix the wristband at one end; press the lever at the other end inward with your hand to insert it into the slotted hole, and then release it.
