**
Activation
- Align the charging port pogo pin with the contacts on the back of the tracker.
- Put the tracker into the charging port gently.
- Plug the USB cable into a power source to turn it on and activate it.
Removing the wristband
To remove the wristband, find the quick release pin at the bottom of the
tracker. Press the pin inward and pull to remove the wristband gently.
Installing the wristband
To install the wristband, align one side of the wristband with the hole of the
tracker, push in the exposed pin and press the wristband into place.
Pairing
Scan the QR code on the device with an APP or search the device name with
Bluetooth device. Complete the pairing according to on-screen instructions.
Touchscreen Operation

Swipe the touchscreen up or down to scroll through tracker features.

Slide left to display the shortcut settings, and slide right to enter the exercise list.

When not in home page, slide right to return to previous menu.

When not in *measurement pages or home page, cover the screen fully for 3 seconds to return to the home page.

- What can I do if my tracker fails to connect to APP?
1. Check whether the tracker is low battery.
2. Check whether there are multiple mobile phone devices switching. For example, the Android users who have used the iOS device need to actively find “Device – Settings – Bluetooth” on the iOS mobile phones and ignore the connected tracker.
3. If you fail to connect it to APP for many times, you can try to enable the flight mode of mobile phone, disable the flight mode after around 5s, close the APP process, and then open it and try again.
4. Restart the mobile phone.

Does Bluetooth need to be always enabled when I wear a tracker?
To perform the call/message reminder/outdoor exercise track functions, you need to enable Bluetooth and keep this APP running in the background. -
Why is there no call/message reminder?
In case of tracker notification function failure, you can check it by following the steps below:
1. Disable the no disturb mode of tracker.
2. Ensure that the Bluetooth of mobile phone is enabled, the tracker is within the Bluetooth coverage of mobile phone, and the mobile phone and the tracker remain connected.
3. Ensure that the notification permission is enabled in APP.- What can I do if my tracker fails to upgrade?
- Ensure that the battery of tracker is more than 50% during upgrading.
- Upgrade it again.
- Operate the tracker and exit APP during upgrading.
- What can I do if my tracker fails to charge or cannot be started after charging?
Check whether the charging cradle is connected to the tracker normally. When it is connected to the power supply, check whether it displays that the tracker is charging after 5-10 minutes.
When the battery of tracker is greater than or equal to 3%, it can be started normally.
