Introduction

This document describes the specifications for the ALV3 Card Encoder without Print Function ( here under refer by DWHL-V3UA01).
DWHL-V3UA01 is a MIFARE/MIFARE Plus card reader/writer that connects to the PC server via USB.Miwa Lock DWHL-V3UA01 ALV3 Card Encoder-

Precautions on use

  1. Be careful not to generate static electricity when touching this device.
  2. Do not place objects that generate electromagnetic waves around this device. Otherwise, it may cause malfunction or failure.
  3. Do not wipe with benzene, thinner, alcohol, etc. Otherwise, it may cause discolouration or distortion. When wiping dirt, wipe it off with a soft cloth.
  4. Do not install this device outdoors including cables.
  5. Do not install this device in direct sunlight or near a heater such as a stove. Otherwise, it may cause malfunction or fire.
  6. Do not use this device when it is completely sealed with plastic bag nor wrap, etc. Otherwise, it may cause overheating, malfunction or fire.
  7. This device is not dust proofing. Therefore, do not use it in dusty locations. Otherwise, it may cause overheating, malfunction or fire.
  8. Do not perform a violent action such as hitting, dropping, or otherwise applying strong force to the machine. It may cause damage, malfunction, electric shock or fire.
  9. Do not let water or other liquids get stuck on the device. Also, do not touch it with a wet hand. Otherwise problems, it may cause malfunction, electric shock or fire.
  10. Disconnect the USB cable if an abnormal heat output or smell occurs while using the machine.
  11. Never disassemble or modify the unit. Otherwise problems, it may cause malfunction, electric shock or fire. Miwa is not responsible for any malfunction or damage caused by the user disassembling or modifying the unit.
  12. It may not work properly on metals such as ferrous metal.
  13. Multiple cards cannot be read or written at the same time.

Caution:

Any changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for product compliance could void the user’s authority to operate the unit.
