Q1: It stop working and can’t turn on, how to do?
- If the room temperature is higher than your set temperature, the heater will stop working. The heater only turn on and output heat once the ambient room temperature drops below your set temperature. You can wait or add the temperature setting if you hope it to tum on right away.
- Overheat Protection System will shut the unit off when a potential overheat temperature is reached. Unplug the heater and wait 30 mins, then plug in to have a try.
Q2: Why the fan still work after turning off? / Why it can’t turn off?
- For safety, the fan will always continue to cool down in 15 seconds before stop.
Q3: Does this automatically turn back on when it falls below the digital reading?
- Yes, once you set it to the temperature you’d like it’ll automatically turn off once the area has reached that desired temperature and then once the area drops below the desired temperature the heater will automatically tum back on.
Q4: What size room will this heat?
- The idea! heating space room is about 150 sq. ft.
Q5: How many amps can it handle or what is the amperage rating for the heater?
- The biggest amps 13A.
Q6: It’s safe to plug in power strip or must plug in wall outlet?
- To keep safe, please plug it in wall outlet. If you must use a power strip, please make sure the power strip can afford 13 amps or above.
Q7: Does the LED display show the ambient room temperature?
- No, it shows your set temperature.
