Warning

To avoid causing harm:

  • When the product is obviously damaged, please stop using it.

  • Do not use the headphones at a high volume for any extended period.
    To avoid hearing damage, use your headphones at a comfortable moderate volume level.

  • Be careful and follow applicable laws regarding mobile phone and headphone use if using the headphones for phone calls while driving. DO NOT use the earphone for any other purpose while driving.

  • Contains small parts which may be a choking hazard.
    Not suitable for children under 3 years old.

  • Please keep away from pacemakers or other magnetic goods which are susceptible to magnetic fields, especially medical supplies. This product contains magnetic material. Consult your physician on whether this might affect your implantable medical device.

  • Do not use the earphone at any time the inability to hear surrounding sounds may present a danger to yourself or others, such as near traffic, construction site or railroad, etc.Listen to audio at excessive volumes can cause permanent hearing damage.
    Use as low volume as possible.

Over exposure to excessive sound levels can damage your ears resulting in permanent noise induced hearing loss(NIHL). Please use the following guidelines established by the Occupational Safety Health Administration (OSHA) on maximum time exposure to sound pressure levels before hearing damage occurs.

Other Notes:

  • Do not modify the transmission frequency and increase the transmission power (including the additional radio services during use; if any interference is found, stop using it immediately and take measures to eliminate interference before continuing to use.
  • The use of micro power radio equipment must endure interference from various radio services or radiated interference from industrial, scientific and medical equipment.

To protect your earphone:

  • Do not place the earphone in a location exposed to moisture, dust, fumes, steam, or direct sunlight.
  • Do not place heavy objects or exert pressure on the machine, otherwise it may cause deformation in long-term storage.
  • Do not over impact the earphone.
  • Do not use this earphone in wet places or in bad weather such as rain and snow.
  • Do not disassemble or repair the earbuds by yourself.
  • Do not use chemical to scrub the product.
  • Adult supervision is required for children under 6 years old.

FAQ

  1. Earbuds can’t connect to device:
    Please check the following steps
    • Whether the device’s Bluetooth is turned on.
    • Whether the earbud is connected to another device. At this time, you will not be able to find the earbud on the Bluetooth of the new device.  Turn off the Bluetooth of the  connected device or stay away.
    Put the earbud back into the charging case and take out it, you will enter the pairing mode.

  2. Only single earbud connected to the device:
    Put the earbuds back to charging case, take it again and test whether interconnected successfully.
    Check whether the power of the earbuds is sufficient.
    If the power of the earbuds is too low, it will automatically shut down. At this time, it should be put back into the charging case for charging.

  3. Interrupt the connection during use:
    It may be in an area where Bluetooth signal interference is strong. Please try the following steps
    • Turn off the earbud and re-pair.
    After the earbud is disconnected from the device, it will automatically search for pairing again. If it fails to connect again, try restarting the earbud.
    • Sometimes it may be necessary to forget the earbud in Bluetooth list of the device and then connect Bluetooth again.

  4. ANC don’t have significant effect:
    Active noise cancellation earbuds will achieve better noise cancellation effect in the closed ear canal, please check if it fits snugly
    How to fit:
    • Choose the right size of ear tips , it is better to have obvious closed feeling after wearing.
    • After inserting the earbud into the ear, rotate to adjusting position to the appropriate depth, and at the same time, pull the ear slightly up to make the earbud deeper into the ear canal.
    Many people have different size ear canal. Maybe you need to wear different sizes of ear tips for the left and right ears.

  5. Handling of abnormal problems:
    If there is an accidental disconnection /restart/no-sound during use, can’t finding the cause after investigation, please try the following steps to restart
    • Turn off the Bluetooth function of the device.
    • Put the earbud in the charging case and close the case.
    • Turn on the Bluetooth function of the device.
    • Take off the earbud and pair it again.
