INTRODUCTION
Thank you for deciding to purchase the Deluxe Pressure Relief Orthopaedic
Cushion from Aidapt. The Deluxe Pressure Relief Orthopaedic Cushion is
manufactured from the finest materials available. When used correctly it is
designed to give many years of reliable, trouble-free service.
Please examine your product for any visible damage before using/installing it.
If you see any damage or suspect a fault, please do not use it, but contact
your supplier.
INTENDED USE
The Deluxe Pressure Relief Orthopaedic Cushion is designed to make your ride more comfortable when using a standard self-propelled or attendant-propelled wheelchair and can also provide extra support and comfort in cars and homes.
NB. Ensure that the Cushion is pushed back to the rear of the seat before
use and that you tie the securing straps around the chair back or wheelchair
frame if possible.
Avoid sharp objects such as zips and keys coming into contact with the
cushion as this may damage the cover or foam filling.
While this product is suitable for use on a wheelchair outdoors, do not leave
the cushion open to the elements for long periods as the damp may cause damage
to the cover or foam filling.
CLEANING
Clean your Deluxe Pressure Relief Orthopaedic Cushion using a mild detergent
with a slightly damp, soft cloth only. Only use a mild detergent or
disinfectant; never use an abrasive cleaner. Do not soak the foam inner. The
cover can be removed and washed at low heat with similar colors.
After cleaning, leave the cushion and cover to dry in a warm, dry place, but
not in direct contact with a heat source.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
Please make a safety check of the product at regular intervals or if you have
any concerns.
