Important Reminders

  1. When using wireless charging and cable charging simultaneously, the maximum output of the power bank is 5W for wireless charging and 10W for the USB-C cable.
  2. If you are using wireless charging and cable charging simultaneously and remove the power bank from your phone, the USB-C output will automatically switch to 18W fast charging after 45 seconds.

  1. Do not place the device in temperatures below 0°C (32°F) or above 60°C (140°F).
  2. Do not expose the device to an open flame or submerge it in water to avoid damaging the device.
  3. Always check for damage to the device, cables, or other accessories before using the device. If damaged, do not use the device.
  4. Do not attempt to disassemble or modify the device in any way, as it may cause serious damage and void the warranty.
  5. Do not expose the device to corrosive liquids, or high humidity as they will seriously damage the device and void the warranty.
