Mounting & Installation

Select a Suitable Location
Select a location where the Solar Panel (AA) receives the most sunlight throughout the year. -
Mark Screw Positions
Use a pencil and the Mounting Bracket (BB) to mark the screw positions on the wall. -
Drill Holes and Insert Mounting Anchors
Drill holes at the marked points. If installing on a hard surface such as concrete or brick, insert the Mounting Anchors (EE) into the holes. You can skip this step if installing on wood or siding.

Attaching the Mounting Bracket
Insert the Mounting Screws (DD) into the Mounting Bracket (BB) and use a screwdriver to secure the Mounting Screws (DD) into the wall.

Attach Solar Panel
Attach the Solar Panel (AA) to the Mounting Bracket (BB). Align the Solar Panel (AA) with the threaded screw on the swivel head of the Mounting Bracket (BB). Screw in the Solar Panel (AA) until it is fully secured and tighten the thumbscrew.

Adjust the Solar Panel
Use the HEx Key (FF) to losen the hex screw then adjust and rotate the viewing angle on the Solar Panel (AA). Point the Solar Panel (AA) towards the sun, away from cover and shade.

Connect the Solar Panel to a Camera
After adjusting the Solar Panel to (AA), a tighten hex screw. Connect the USB cable (CC) from the Solar Panel (AA) to the battery-powered Smart Outdoor Camera (sold separately).
