Q: Why does not the devise work when the does borks?
A: Please first ensure to fit the product snugly, yet loose enough to allow one finger to fit between the strap
of your pet’s neck. Some dogs have weak barking, in this case, you need to level up the sensitivity. The barking
detection could also decrease because of the thick coal. In this case, please use longer prongs. -
