SoundPEATS APP
USER GUIDE
1. APP overview
1.1. Overview
The SoundPEATS APP provides the unique functions to the users.
Connecting devices can customize personalized functions and optimize user
experience. The user can manage the headset mode, bass, volume, etc. through
the phone settings.
1.2. Feature
Users can upgrade the latest firmware, adjust EQ, choose presets, adjust the
equalizer, and reset the headset by the APP.
1.3. Performance
The software has good ease of use and reliability, and guarantees information
security and confidentiality
1.4 Operating environment
This APP can run on Android phones and iOS above 12.0.
2. Instruction
2.1. APP installation
Android phone users can download and install through the major Android
application markets (Google App Market, VIVO App Market, OPPO App Market, App
Store, Xiaomi App Market, Huawei App Market);
iPhone users can search for “SOUNDPEATS” through the APP store.
2.2. APP operation
After the installation, the user clicks the “Agree and Continue” button to
enter the APP login page:
2.3 User registration and log in
When the user visits for the first time, the user registration is performed
through the following steps: click “register” → enter email → set the password
→ enter nickname → obtain the verification code → click the “Register” button
→ Log in. The users can also log in by Facebook. iPhone users can log in by
iPhone.
2.4 Forgot password
Click “Forgot Password” → enter the “Reset Password” interface → enter the
email → enter the new password → click to obtain the verification code → click
the “Send button”
2.5. Changing avatar and nickname
Enter the “Drawer Bar” interface → Click on the location of the photo and
nickname, you can choose to take a photo or choose a photo from the phone
album as the avatar.
2.6 Firmware upgrade
Enter the “Drawer Bar” interface → Click Firmware Upgrade to enter the upgrade
interface → Click the “Upgrade” button.
2.7 Message
Enter the “Drawer Bar” interface → Click on the “Message” to see the latest
email sent by SoundPEATS.
2.8 Language
Enter the “Drawer Bar” interface → Click to “Set” → Language
2.9 Log out
Enter the “Drawer Bar” interface, click to Log out, then a prompt box will pop
up and click OK to long out.
2.10 Volume control
Enter the Customized interface → Adjust left and right, or click adjust to
control the volume
2.11 Adaptive EQ
Enter the Customized interface → Click “Check the detail information” → Next
step →
→ Click the beep you heard/Not heard(Horizontal line trend represents test progress.) → Start up
2.12 Preset
Click the “preset” to enter the preset details interface:
2.13 Custom equalizer
Click “Custom Equalizer” to enter the custom equalizer adjustment interface →
adjust to the sound fits for you → Click “Back” to save
2.14 Light effect switch (SoundPEATS H1)
Enter the Customized page → click the switch button to turn on and off the
lights of the earbuds (Please upgrade the firmware version to the latest.)
2.15 Game mode (SoundPEATS Air3)
Enter the Customized page → click the switch button to enter/exist game mode.
2.16 In-ear Detection (SoundPEATS Air3)
Enter the Customized page → click the switch button to turn on/off in-ear
detection
2.17 Reset
Enter the “Home page” interface → Click “Reset” to reset
(After resetting, please reconnect the earbuds to the phone)

3.1 Feedback
Enter the “Home page” interface → Click “Help” → Click “Feedback” → Enter the
feedback content → Select the feedback device → Enter the email address →
Click “Submit”
3.2 Customer hotline
Enter the “Home page” interface → Click “Help” → Click “Customer hotline”

Enter the home page interface → Click “help” → Click “official website”
