Important Safety Instructions

When using an electrical appliance, basic precautions should always be followed, including the following:
READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING THIS APPLIANCE.
SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS

  1. The appliance is not to be used by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction. Children should be supervised not to play with the appliance.
  2. Only use as described in this manual.
  3. Please make sure your power supply voltage matches the power voltage marked on the Docking Station.
  4. For INDOOR household use ONLY. Do not use the Docking Station in outdoor, commercial or industrial environments.
  5. Use only the original Docking Station provided from or sold by the manufacturer.
  6.  Do not use in extremely hot or cold environments (below -5˚C/23˚F or above 40˚C/104˚F).
  7. Take care not to damage the power cord. Do not pull on or carry the Docking Station by the power cord, use the power cord as a handle, close a door on the power cord, or pull the power cord around sharp edges or corners.
  8. If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent in order to avoid a hazard.
  9.  The Docking Station is not to be repaired and not to be used any longer if it is damaged or defective.
  10. Do not use with a damaged power cord or receptacle. Do not use the Docking Station if it is not working properly, has been dropped, damaged, left outdoors, or come in contact with water. It must be repaired by the manufacturer or its service agent in order to avoid a hazard.
  11. The plug must be removed from the receptacle before cleaning or maintaining the Docking Station.
  12.  When not using the Docking Station for a long period of time, please unplug it.
  13.  The Docking Station must be used in accordance with the directions in this Instruction Manual. yeedi cannot be held liable or responsible for any damages or injuries caused by improper use.
  14.  The product is a Power Supply and used as a class 2 battery chargers for household use only. It is made specifically for the Model Series including but not limited to yeedi vac max/yeedi vac, charging Ni-MH battery pack (Max. 10 cells, nominal voltage DC12V, and 3,000mAh) or Li-ion battery pack (Max. 4 cells, max. nominal voltage DC 14,8V, and 5,200mAh) in vacuum cleaner.
  15.  Do not charge non-rechargeable batteries.

It is made specifically for the Model Series including but not limited to yeedi vac max/yeedi vac, charging only 14.4V 2400mAh Li-ion TWS Technology (Guangzhou) Limited Model S11-LI-144-2600 type, 14.8V 2900mAh Li-ion BYD CO LTD Model S09-LI-148-3200 type, and 14.4V, 4800mAh Li-ion TWS Technology (Guangzhou) Limited/ BYD CO LTD Model S10-LI-144-5200 type rechargeable batteries.

NOTE: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in
a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications.

However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:

  • Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
  • Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
  • Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.
  • Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.

yeedi Docking Station FIG 5 Note: Place this Docking Station in more rooms, so your robot will find its way to charge more efficiently when in a larger or more complex home environment. Note: For detailed information regarding charging status, please refer to your robot’s Instruction Manual. If your robot has an OZMO Mopping System, remove the Reservoir before charging.

Maintenance

Before performing cleaning and maintenance, power OFF your robot and unplug the Docking Station.

Troubleshooting

Malfunction Possible Causes Solutions







Robot will not charge.

| The Power Cord is not completely connected.| Make sure the Power Cord is connected firmly to the

Docking Station.


Robot is not powered ON.

| ****

Some robot models require to be powered ON before charging. Please refer to your robot’s Instruction Manual for details.


Robot has not made a connection with the Docking Station.

| Be sure that the robot’s Charging Contacts have made a connection with the Docking Station Pins. You may move the robot manually to make the connection if necessary.
The Docking Station is placed incorrectly.| Please refer to Section 3 for details on proper Docking Station placement.
