Important Safety Instructions

When using an electrical appliance, basic precautions should always be followed, including the following:

READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING THIS APPLIANCE.
SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS

  1. The appliance is not to be used by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction. Children should be supervised not to play with the appliance.
  2. Only use as described in this manual.
  3. Please make sure your power supply voltage matches the power voltage marked on the Charging Station.
  4. For INDOOR household use ONLY. Do not use the Charging Station in outdoor, commercial or industrial environments.
  5. Use only the original Charging Station provided from or sold by the manufacturer.
  6. Do not use in extremely hot or cold environments (below -5˚C/23˚F or above 40˚C/104˚F).
  7. Take care not to damage the power cord. Do not pull on or carry the Charging Station by the power cord, use the power cord as a handle, close a door on the power cord, or pull power cord around sharp edges or corners.
  8. If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent in order to avoid a hazard.
  9. The Charging Station is not to be repaired and not to be used any longer if it is damaged or defective.
  10. Do not use with a damaged power cord or receptacle. Do not use the Charging Station if it is not working properly, has been dropped, damaged, left outdoors, or come in contact with water. It must be repaired by the manufacturer or its service agent in order to avoid a hazard.
  11. The plug must be removed from the receptacle before cleaning or maintaining the Charging Station.
  12. When not using the Charging Station for a long period of time, please unplug it.
  13. The Charging Station must be used in accordance with the directions in this Instruction Manual. yeedi cannot be held liable or responsible for any damages or injuries caused by improper use.
  14. The product is a Power Supply and used as a class 2 battery chargers for household use only. It is made specifically for the Model Series including but not limited to yeedi KK Vacuum Cleaners, charging Li-ion battery pack (Max. 8 cells, max. nominal voltage DC 14.4V, rated capacity 5,200mAh) in vacuum cleaner.
  15. Do not charge non-rechargeable batteries.
  16. This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions:
  17. This device may not cause harmful interference, and
  18. this device must accept any interference received, including interference that maycause undesired operation.

This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class
B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined
by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:

  • Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.

  • Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.

  • Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.

  • Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.
    This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions:

    1. This device may not cause harmful interference, and
    2. this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.
      Warning: Any changes or modifications to this unit not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment.

Use the Product

Please remove all protection materials on Robot and assemble Charging Station before use.

  1. Connect Charging Station and Cleaning Base(Sold Separately)

  2. Tighten Cleaning Base Screws (Sold Separately) Note: Cleaning Base and Cleaning Base Screws are sold separately.

  3. Assemble Charging Station

  4. Charging Station Placement
    Place the Charging Station against the wall in a large space, so your Robot will find its way to recharge more efficiently when in a larger or more complex home environment. Note:

  5. Please do not place the Charging Station on the carpet.

  6. It is recommended to use Cleaning Base(Sold Separately) on hard floors.

Note:

  1. When Robot completes the cleaning or when the battery gets low, Robot automatically returns to the Charging Station to recharge itself. Robot can also be sent back to the Charging Station at any time by using the yeedi App or by pressing the AUTO button on the Robot for more than 3 seconds.
  2. Please make sure that Robot starts cleaning from the Station. Do not move the Station while cleaning.

Maintenance

Before performing cleaning and maintenance, power OFF your robot and unplug the Charging Station. Note: Wipe the components with a clean, dry cloth. Avoid using cleaning sprays or detergents.

Troubleshooting

Malfunction Possible Causes Solutions





Robot will not charge.

| The Power Cord is not completely connected.| Make sure the Power Cord is connected firmly to the

Charging Station.


Robot is not powered ON.

| Some robot models require to be powered ON before charging. Please refer to your robot’s Instruction Manual for details.
Robot has not made a connection with the Charging Station.| Be sure that the robot’s Charging Contacts have made a connection with the Charging Station’s Contacts. You may move the robot manually to make the connection if necessary.
The Charging Station is placed incorrectly.| Please refer to Section 3 for details on proper Charging Station placement.
