INSTRUCTION MANUAL IMPORTANT, KEEP FOR FUTURE REFERENCE: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED…
NOTE: Please consult your local hardware store for the proper sealant for
the installation of the wall-mounted light fixture.
WARNING : Risk of electrical shock. Turn off the breaker at the panel.
Switch off the main electrical supply from the fuse box/circuit breaker before
installing the unit or doing any maintenance.
IMPORTANT
The installer and/or user must read, understand and follow these instructions
before installing the product. This product must be properly installed before
it is used. If instructions are not followed, the manufacturer will not be
held responsible for any problems or product malfunction. Failure to follow
installation and/or operating instructions voids the warranty.
We recommend that this product be installed by a certified electrician. In
some states or provinces, it is a legal requirement for this type of product
to be installed by a certified electrician, according to the electrical and
building codes effective in the region where the unit is used.
MINIMUM CLEARANCE:
Please ensure there is a minimum clearance of 1.2 m between the floor and the bottom of the light fixture (fig.1).
STEP-BY-STEP INSTALLATION
- Turn off the power at the circuit breaker and the light switch. Ensure the power is off before removing the old light fixture.
- Unscrew and remove the mounting bracket from the light fixture. Install the mounting bracket to the junction box. Ensure that the two screw threads are pointing away from the wall and are in the horizontal position.
- Using the junction box screws, screw the mounting bracket onto the junction box.
- Connect the white wire from the light fixture to the white supply wire from the junction box using a wire connector. Connect the black wire from the light fixture to the black supply wire from the junction box using a wire connector. Connect the ground wire from the light fixture to the ground supply wire from the junction box using a wire connector (fig. 2).
- Push the wires into the junction box. Mount the fixture onto the mounting bracket and secure it with the washer and fixation nuts.
FOR OUTSIDE INSTALLATION: - Apply sealant to seal the sides and top of the light fixture to the wall. TO ALLOW MOISTURE TO DRAIN, DO NOT SEAL BOTTOM SIDE OF THE BACKPLATE (fig. 3).
- Restore electrical power.
BULB INSTALLATION
- Pull end cap off the light fixture. It may be necessary to make a twist motion to ease the removal of the cover.
- Install the light bulb in the top of the light fixture.
- Push the end cap onto the light fixture.
Repeat on the bottom of the light fixture
