Security Information
Please read and observe the following warnings and information below
- Please don’t pull the tri-screen out directly while it’s mounted on the laptop. When you want to remove the triple monitor, first extend the monitor frame then remove the monitor frame from the laptop to protect your monitor and laptop.
- Do not close the monitor without removing the triple monitor, or it may damage your monitor and your laptop.
- Do not use the triple monitor while the laptop is placed on another laptop stand, or the triple monitor may fall down by gravity.
- Always make sure your monitor is placed on a secure, level surface to prevent it from falling and sustaining damage.
- Before cleaning, always unplug your monitor. It is recommended that you use dncloth or lightly damp cloth to clean your monitor. Dry cloth is the safest. if using damp cloth, please wait for your monitor to completely dry before plugging it inagain.
- Do not use alcohol or ammonia-based cleaner and/or liquids to clean yourmonitor.
- Avoid placing this monitor near any heating sources, eg., portable heaters orheating vents, as this may cause damage to your monitor.
- You may find slightly uneven brightness on the screen depending on the desktop pattern you use.
- When the same image is displayed for hours, an afterimage of the previous screen may remain after switching the image. The screen will recover slowly or you can power it off for hours.
- Unplug the monitor during extended periods of non-use.
- Do not place heavy items on the monitor or monitor cables.
- Do not attempt to disassemble or remove parts from the monitor. Any disassemble or modification not performed by an authorized technician will beyond the warranty and can result in damage to the monitor and/or possible exposure to high-voltage electricity, which may lead to serious injury or death

Inputs and Buttons
Set It Up
- Unpack the 3-in-1 monitor.
- Open both screens in the direction shown in Figure 2.
- Rotate the 2 metal clips on the stand.
- Pull the pull ring of the LK14 metal expansion screen to puil the stand apart and set it in place, firmly clamping the screen with the stand so that the metal snaps rest on top of the laptop.
- Lift the stand and extend it to its end, and press and hold the button to adjust the stand. (The stand is embedded in the back of the 3-in-1 monitor to provide additional support for the 3-in-1 monitor.)
- Using the necessary cables, plug one end of the cable into the 3-in-1 monitor and the other end into your laptop.

5.1 Compatibility of Laptops for the Triple Monitor
- Suitable for 13-16 inch laptop
- M1 & M2 chip MacBook are not supported: MacBook Air (M1 2020), (M2 2022), MacBook Pro 13” (M1 2020), (M2 2022).
- Chromebook laptops are not supported.
5.2 Choose Connecting Cables
To determine which cables you will use, first identify your laptop’s ports
according to the figure below or your laptop’s user manual.
*Make
sure your USB-C port on the laptop is full-functioned port. Please refer to
your laptop’s user manual.
5.3 Connection Methods
5.3-1 Two USB-C or Thunderbolt 3/4 Parts
Two Full Functioned USB-C/Thunderbolt-3/4 Ports Connection if there are 2
full-functioned
USB-C or 2 Thunderbolt 3/4 ports on the laptop, use two included USB-C cables
to connect the laptop to the triple monitors. Notes:
Make sure that the laptop USB-C ports support power & video, and has enough
power supply above 5V/2A.
5.3-2 Two USB-C or Thunderbolt 3/4 Ports+external power supply
Some USB-C ports may not be able to transmit currents above 5V/2A, please
connect an external power supply to better use the monitor.
Notes:
Make sure the USB-C of your laptop is a Full-functioned USB-C port (support
both video & data transmission).
Make sure 5V/2A or above power can be supported through USB-C port, An
external power supply of SV/2A or above is needed for normal use (adjust
brightness above 50).
5.3-3 One Full Functioned USB-C and HDMI Port
If there’s one full functioned USB-C port and one HDMI port on the laptop:
- Use the included full functioned USB-C cable to connect one side of the monitor and the laptop.
- Meanwhile, use the HDMI cable and an extra power supply (USB-C to USB-A cord) to connect the other side of the monitor and the laptop.
(Can also use the laptop’s own 5V/2A USB-A port power supply)
Notes:
The HDMI port does not provide power, so the monitor must be plugged into
the power supply(5V/2A or Above).
5.3-4 Other Connection Type (Extra Adapter Needed)
If you lack enough HDMI port for connection
- Find a suitable HDMI adapter for your laptop. You can contact LIMINK so we will help you find the right connection adapter to use. (support@llimink.com)
- You need to use 4 cables with an extra adpater for connection
First, connect one side of your LIMINK monitor to laptop with a HDMI and a
USB-C to USB-A cord.
Second, connect the HDMI adapter to your laptop.
Finally, connect the other side of your LIMINK monitor with another HDMI and
USB-C to USB-A cord.
Notes:
If you still can’t find a solution to connect your monitors, pls directly
contact us.
Laptop Display Configuration
6.1 WINDOWS

Enter the Display Settings interface. (Start >Settings # > System > Display)

Identify the Screen/Set Display Direction
Click and drag the screens to the configuration shown. -
Start Duplication/Extension Setting
If you need to set different display modes on the triple monitor, please click 1/2/3 (click the”identify” Button down the screen to find the corresponding screen).
Select one of them, and then enter into the “Multiple displays” menu to set. -
Start Rotation Setting any of the screens are upside down, click the display menu on the screen. Then clickthe “Orientation”dropdown menu and select “Landscape (flipped)”

Start Scaled Ratio Setting
Please click 1/2/3 screen to increase the zoom, click the dropdown of ”
Change the size of text, apps, and other items” and select” 150%” or other value.
6.2 MAC OS

Identify the Screen/Display Direction Setting
Open the “Systern Preferences Select’Display” from the menu.
Click and drag the screens(Fig.3). Click “Display Settings(Fig.2) to the configuration shown. -
Start Duplication/Extension Setting
Click monitorname to set Mirror or Extended display (Fig. 2) -
Rotation Setting
If any of the screens are upside down, click the display menu on that screen and select”180°” from the dropdown. -
Scaled Ratio Setting
To increase the zoom, click the “Scaled Ratio” Button.
OSD Function Introduction
Wave wheel button:
Press the button to the left: Decrease the brightness; In OSD Menu: Decrease
the value
Press the button to the right: Increase the brightness; In OSD Menu: Increase
the value
Press the button to the down: Open the OSD Menu; In OSD Menu: Access the next
menu
Power button:
Long press 2s to power on/off; In OSD Menu: Return to the previous menu
7.1 Brightness
Brightness:
The adjusting range is from 0 to 100.
Contrast:
The adjusting range is from 0 to 100.
Black Level:
The adjusting range is from 0 to 100.
ECO:
Presets the display settings for various modes
(Standard/Game/Movie/Text/FPSRTSModes).
DCR:
Selects ON or OFF to enable or disable the dynamic contrast ratio function.
7.2 Image
Aspect:
Adjusts the aspect ratio.
7.3 Color Temp
Color Temp:
Enables the adjustment of eachRGB color, or select a Warm or Cool preset
level.
Red:
The adjusting range is from 0 to 100.
Green:
The adjusting range is from 0 to 100.
Blue:
The adjusting range is from 0 to 100.
7.4 OSD Setting
Language:
Selects OSD language.
The selectionsare as follows, English, French, German, Simplified Chinese,
Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Turkish, Polish, Dutch, Japanese, Korean.
OSD Timer:
Sets time-out for monitor settings menu (10-60seconds).
Transparency:
Sets the transparency of monitorsettings menus.
7.5 Reset
Reset:
Selects RESET 0 revert all settings tothe factory default mode.
HDR MODE:
Enables HDR (High Dynamic Range) whenconnected to a compatible device, with
three modes (OFF/Auto/2084).
7.6 MISC
Signal Source:
Contains two signal sources:
Type-C and HDMI.
Low Blue Light:
Decreases the amount of blue light in the display.
Freesync:
Select to On or OFF

FAQ
Q1: Why doesn't one of the screens light up after connect the cable?
A: 1): Due to the insufficient voltage ofsome laptops(5V/2A or above is required) one screen may not work normally. You can try to use the attached adaptelto power the screen. 2): Some new models of laptops have two TYPE-C ports, but only one port canoutput signal in function, which makes them only support one screen display. You can use an additional HDMI cable to start the other monitor screen. 3): Some old models ofl aptops can't be used because they lack HDMI or Type-Cport to connect with the monitor. If so, you can contact LIMINK to recommend you a suitable adapter for connection And after connecting with the docking station, in order to use the monitor normally, you need to restart the laptop and triple monitor screens. 4): Note: The following laptops not support with our monitor, laptop with M1&M2 chip; Chrome book Series. If you're not sure whether your laptop is suitable for the monitors after reading our manual, pls contact LIMINK service: support@llimink.com.
A: 1): If you are using HDMI to support video transmission, please make sure the power supply is connected. 2): if your laptop is using a normal USB-C port connection that does not support 2-in-1 display and power transmission, you must use a docking station or HDMI port to extend the additional Display Port, and then restart the expansion screen. 3): If you use 2 Full Function USB-C ports to connect the screen and display, make sure your USB-C cable supports video signal transmission.
Q3: Can LIMINK monitor support M1 & M2 series chip?
A: Laptop with M1&M2 chip is not compatible with our triple monitors, but we support M1 Pro and M1 Max chip.
Q4: Why my triple monitors can't stay stable and easy to fall down?
A: Pls check whether you have pulled out the bracket holder behind the monitor. You can adjust the angle of the holder to keep the monitor stable.
Q5: The screen image jumps or a ripple pattern appears in the image?
A: Make sure the wire is properly connected between the monitor and the connected device. Turn off or move nearby electronic devices that may cause electrical interference.
Q6: The screen image color does not look right (color block, color cast, etc.)?
A; Check the connecting wires to make sure there are no damaged/bent pins.
Q7: Flickering when the screen display content?
A: The screen flickers need to give priority to whether the power supply of laptop is sufficient. Priority is given to powering the display with a power adapter, if the power supply is normal and the screen still flickers, it is recommended to contact LIMINK customer service.
