How to replace battery?
There are 4 screw holes on the back of the transmitter. Please uninstall the 4 rubber stoppers, then you can remove the screws to replace the battery. The battery needed is a 12V 23A Battery.
Can a single receiver be paired with multiple transmitters?
Yes, it is recommended to pair no more than 10 transmitters to 1 receiver, because the signals between the transmitters will interfere with each other.
Can a single transmitter be paired with multiple receivers?
Yes, please pair the transmitter to receiver manually.
Here are the steps:
- Put the transmitter next to the receiver.
- Press the “Volume”and“Melody” buttons on the receiver at the same time
- Click the transmitter twice within 10 seconds.
How to pair the transmitter to the receiver?
The sensor has been paired with the receiver in our factory. Normally you do not need to pair it again.
If you find the receiver can ring when you press the volume or melody button, but the receiver won’t ring when the sensor is triggered, please pair the sensor to the receiver manually. Please pair the sensor to the receiver manually.

How to set a melody for my doorbell?
- Put the transmitter next to the receiver.
- Choose the melody you want.
- Press the “Melody” and “Volume” buttons on the receiver at the same time.
- Click the transmitter twice within 10 seconds to check if you have changed it or not.
