ON| The router is normal and connected to the internet.
Blinking| The WPS/Mesh function is on and waiting for pairing.
Blinking Quickly| The router is at fault.
OFF| The router is not connecting to the power.
WAN/ LAN1-4 indicator| ON| The router is starting.
OFF| The port is disconnected.
Blinking Quickly| The port is transmitting data.

(3) Ports/Button:

Ports/Button Description
DC Power Port Connect to the power supply, 12VDC/1.0A.
WAN Port Connect to the Internet.
LAN1-LAN4 Connect to PC or network switch using Ethernet cable.
RST/WPS/ MESH Button Reset to factory default settings: when the router is

powered on, press and hold this button for 5-8 seconds until the system indicator blinks quickly, the router will be reset to factory default.
Activate WPS/Mesh function: when the router is powered on, press and hold this button for 1-3 seconds, the system indicator will blink quickly for 2 minutes, until WPS/Mesh pairs are successful or over time.

Configure the Router by using Victure Home APP

  1. Download and install Victure Home APP.

  2. Open Victure Home APP, log in with your Victure ID. You should register one first.

  3. Activate the WLAN function on your phone and connect to Victure-5G-XXXX or Victure-5G-XXXX.
    Note: The “XXXX” is the low four bits of the MAC address of this router.

  4. Time Zone Setting.
    According to your location, please select an appropriate option from the list.

  5. Internet Setting.
    Choose a suitable connection type from the list and fill in the information required.

  6. IPTV Setting, you can open the IPTV function in this page and select a suitable model.

  7. Wireless Setting.
    Create passwords for 2.4G Wi-Fi and 5G Wi-Fi (Here users could also revise the default Wi-Fi name).

  8. For security, please create a new login password for your router.

  9. The coming page is the summary information for your setting. Please remember your Wi-Fi name and password.
    Then your router will restart automatically. This time your phone will be disconnected from the router. Please back to the WLAN list of your phone to choose the new Wi-Fi name and input the correct password. Now, you could enjoy the Wi-Fi.

Connection Type Description
Static IP Input the IP address, Subnet Mask, Default Gateway, DNS from your

ISP.
Dynamic IP| No information is required. Please confirm with your ISP if Dynamic IP is supported.
PPPoE| Input User Name and Password from your ISP.
PPTP| Input Server Address, User Name, and Password from your ISP.
L2TP| Input Server Address, User Name, and Password from your ISP.

FAQs

  1. Unable to log in to the router’s web page on the Phone?
    Please check if your phone has connected to the Wi-Fi of the router, whether it can connect to the Internet or not. And please make sure you have entered the correct default URL http://victurelink.net or IP address (you might have changed the IP address).

  2. If I forget the router’s login password?
    If you have registered the router to your Victure Home APP account, you may log in to this APP to find back the router’s login password. And also you may reset the router to factory default settings. Keep the router powered on, then press and hold the RST/WPS button for 5-8 seconds until the system indicator becomes blinking quickly, then the router will reset to default, the password would be resumed to admin.

  3. How to do if I forget the password of the Wi-Fi?
    If you have registered the router to your Victure Home APP account, you may log in to this APP to find back the password of Wi-Fi.
    And also you may find it back by using PC WEB Broswer. Connect any LAN port of the router to the computer with RJ45 cable and then open any web browser to login the web management page to check the Wi-Fi password in the Basic— ireless—Wireless Settings. (Please ensure your computer has been set to “obtain an IP address automatically” in advance).

  4. How to open the function of Smart Integrated SSID to use the 2.4G and 5G Wi-Fi by the same SSID?
    Login in Victure Home APP and turn on Smart Integrated SSID on Wi-Fi settings Page, or og in the router’s web page on Phone or PC to turn on Smart Integrated SSID on Wireless settings Page, then wait for the setting to complete.
    If Wi-Fi is disconnected, please reconnect.
