How to Set Up

  1. Download Victure Home App and create an account
  2. Connect the camera to a power outlet and wait for 15 seconds until red status light flashes
  3. Connect your phone to 2.4G wifi and login in to Victure Home App and click “+non the front page
  4. Follow the instn.Junction on the app to finish the steps of connection

I can’t get the camera connected?
A: Here are some tips about connection below.

  1. make sure the wifi is 2.4G please.
  2.  make the camera 1-3m to the router
  3. make sure the protective film of the lens is removed
  4. try to use another phone to connect with it please

What if the camera can’t record video to micro SD card inserted?
A: Please format the SD card to FAT32 firstly on computer or do that in  the app. Secondly, please make sure your time zone setting in the app is correct and recording time be set to whole day. Then please try to delete and reinstall the app, allow the various permissions requested and set the right region. It will be much apprecaite if you can contact us via monitor@govicture.com and we will try our best to help you.
