- IN THE EVENT THE APPLIANCE IS LEFT SWITCHED ON, IT WILL AUTOMATICALLY SHUT OFF AFTER 60 MINUTES. IF YOU WISH TO CONTINUE USING THE APPLIANCE AFTER THIS TIME, SIMPLY SLIDE THE SWITCH TO OFF POSITION AND THEN SLIDE THE SWITCH TO THE RELEVANT SETTING TO TURN THE POWER ON.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
This appliance is intended for professional use. Use on Alternating Current (60 Hz) only. Standard appliances are designed to operate at 120 volts AC.
This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). As a safety feature, this plug will fit into a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to defeat this safety feature.

exceptional conductor of heat and is stable in ultra-high temperatures. The
Nano Titanium technology utilizes micro particles of titanium and ceramic,
providing the ultimate benefits for beautiful, healthy-looking hair. Nano
titanium yields maximum far-infrared heat, penetrating the hair from within
for gentle styling without damaging hair. Nano titanium emits natural ions for
faster stying, locking in hair’s own natural moisture. This Nano Titanium™
iron will give your hair a smooth, silky shine while eliminating frizz.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
The MiraCurl® will create many different curl effects in the hair. It is easy
to experiment with the different settings to achieve your desired results.
Always ensure that the sections of hair you want to curl are no wider than 1
inch wide. The type of curl will depend on the temperature selected and the
curl type setting, which dictates the amount of time the hair is kept inside
the curl chamber.
TEMPERATURE SETTINGS
There are 3 temperature settings to select from 360°F, 400°F and 450°F. We
recommend you always start with the lowest temperature setting and increase
the level of heat as required.
- Setting “•” (360°F) – for delicate, fine or colored hair
- Setting “••” (400°F) – for normal textured hair
- Setting “•••” (450°F) – for thick or wavy hair
CURL DIRECTION SETTING (Right/Left/Alternate)
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
NOTE: If you continue to hold the hair section after closing the handle the MiraCurl® will stop and beep to indicate that you must release the tension on the hair. If you have taken too much hair, or hair is not neatly going through the center of the appliance, the MiraCurl® will again stop and beep to indicate a problem. This safety feature ensures there will be no tangles.
- The hair is automatically drawn into the ceramic curl chamber where it is softly held and heated from all directions to effortlessly form the curl.
- It is very important that you release the handles fully, and then gently pull the styler away from the head to free the hair and reveal the curl (Figure F).
NOTE: Always release the handles first to set the curl free; if you pull away before you open the handles, the curl will be straightened out.
- To allow the curl to set, do not comb or brush the hair until it cools.
- Repeat around the head until you have the amount of curls desired.
SMART TECH®
MiraCurl® comes with 3 functions for added safety and energy savings.
- Auto Shut Off: If the appliance is switched on for more than 60 minutes continuously, it will automatically switch off. If you wish to continue using the appliance, simply slide the switch to off position and then slide the switch to the relevant setting to turn the power on.
- Sleep Mode: After 20 minutes of idle time, the temperature drops to around 300°F/150°C.
- Motion Sensor: Move the iron and close it to trigger the reheat to set temperature.
USER MAINTENANCE
The appliance may require cleaning due to a buildup of residue from hair products.
- Ensure the unit is switched off, unplugged and cool.
- Using a damp cloth and mild detergent or soap, wipe the appliance.
- Ensure the unit has dried thoroughly before re-using.
CAUTION
NEVER allow the power supply cord to be pulled or twisted. Never wrap the cord
around the unit. Damage will occur at the high flex point of entry into the
unit, causing it to rupture and short circuit. Inspect the cord frequently for
damage. Stop use immediately if damage is visible or if unit stops or operates
intermittently.
STORAGE
When not in use, your appliance is easy to store. Allow unit to cool, then
simply put back in the box, and store out of reach of children in safe, dry
location. Do not jerk or strain cord at plug connections.
NOTICE
THIS PRODUCT IS EQUIPPED WITH AN INSTANT HEAT CIRCUITRY. STATE-OF-THE-ART
TECHNOLOGY ALLOWS THE HEATER TO REACH THE OPERATING TEMPERATURE IN LESS THAN
ONE MINUTE. DO NOT LEAVE PRODUCT ON OR PLUGGED IN WHILE NOT IN USE. UNIT WILL
BURN OUT IF POWER IS KEPT ON FOR AN EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME. WARRANTY WILL BE
VOIDED. TURN UNIT OFF AND UNPLUG WHEN NOT IN USE.

KEEP AWAY FROM WATER
Everyone knows that electricity and water are a dangerous combination, but did you know that an electrical appliance is still electrically live even if the switch is off? If the plug is in, the power is on. So when you are not using your appliances, keep them unplugged.
