1. Put the plug in the outlet.
2. Place the pitcher on the motor block with the handle facing the front,
left or right.
3. Fill the pitcher with ingredients.

the thicker sections on the cup in the recesses. Lock it in by turning it

9. Remove the lid by raising the tab of the lock.
Caution: the blender is very powerful. This allows the ingredients to mix faster than with a standard blender.
To prevent overheating, when using the blender for long periods (10 cycles), it is best to allow it to cool to room temperature first One cycle is 3 minutes on and 1 minute off.
Tips
- Use the mixing spatula to remove thicker mixes from the pitcher.
- When blending larger pieces or ice cubes, we recommend using speed 1 or 2 in combination with pulse until the larger pieces have been crushed.
- The pulse function can be used to mix ingredients briefly, such as, for example, cookies, onion and nuts.
- When mixing smoothies, make sure the ice cream is not too hard. Allow it to thaw for several minutes before use and scoop or cut into smaller pieces.
- Mind the level indication on the pitcher. Never fill higher than the maximum indication.
- Never operate the blender without lid.
Use of the mixing spatula
- Some dishes may indicate using the mixing spatula to push the ingredients down to the blades.
- In order to use the mixing spatula, the measuring cup will have to be removed from the feed tube. Turn it counterclockwise and lift the pitcher from the opening. Place the mixing spatula in the feed tube.
Note: Do not use the mixing spatula with a large amount of ingredients while the blender is working. The power of the blender makes it difficult to maintain control of the mixing spatula.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Always clean the blender immediately after use for easy cleaning. Do not allow food to dry up in the pitcher and on the blades, as this will make cleaning more difficult.
- Prior to cleaning, remove the plug from the outlet.
- Clean the housing of the motor block with a damp cloth and some mild detergent Never immerse the appliance in water!
- Disassemble the pitcher, following the instruction in the `Prior to use’ section.
- The glass pitcher is dishwasher safe.
