Can people please chime in on the battery life? seeing people having problems with it being very short
The battery life is very short. If you’re talking on the phone or listening to music, it’ll go about 2 1/2 hrs. It’ll say battery low. If you don’t use then but just have them in your ear, it’ll go about 8 hrs for battery low.
Will these block out plane noise so that you can hear fine while flying?
They block out significant amounts of noise and I find them to be very loud. Be sure to select the rubber bud that fits your ear best.
Honestly why are you still using micro USB in 2022?
The advantage of USB-C is for data transfer speeds, which is irrelevant for charging. And it’s more expensive to manufacturer USB-C on devices. So evidently they’re prioritizing lowering production costs over the convenience of carrying only 1 cord. It’s not just Skullcandy, it’s pretty standard across a lot of non-phone devices to use micro USB.
Is this Bluetooth 5.0?
Yes, Skullcandy’s Dime earbuds do use Bluetooth 5.0!
How do i scan it.
Go to settings. It’s gear shaped. Tap on that and connect to your blue tooth. You may have to hold the button on your skulls to connect.
Whats the driver size, is it at least 10mm?
No. They are 6mm.
How big are the drivers?
