I can’t connect to it while i did everything correct?****
On these particular ones. You hold down the power button on the earbuds until the light flashes red and blue to make the earbuds discoverable to your device.
Can you pair more than one device to them?****
Yes. But you have to disconnect from one to pair with other.
An iPhones 6s, a droid maxx, or my pc cannot discover the earphones in order to pair them. my iPod found them, but other devices will not connect?****
MY iPhone 6 will not find the SB2 either, while my Samsung Note 4 will. I just got off the phone with Skull Candy and there is a KNOWN issue with the SB2. If you have IOS 9 or above then the iPhone will not find the headset and allow you to pair. They are working on the issue, while that doesn’t help either of us now. I was told I could send them back and get a new product under the warranty process (mine are outside of the Best Buy return policy). They did also say that the SB2 are the only headphones known to be impacted at this time. This was all directly stated to me by the rep at SkullCandy.
Can you adjust the band on the headset?****
No, you can’t its molded the way it shows. The cables coming off of the headset you can though.
Does this headset have a mute function?****
No, it doesn’t have a mute button, but your phone does so yea you will have to do it thru the phone.
Can you use these to activate Siri?****
It annoys me that people provide inaccurate information when answering questions. This headset does NOT fully interact with Siri. You will only be able to activate Siri if you have your phone in hand. I haven’t tried “hey Siri,” but I doubt that would work either.
Compatible with the iPhone 7plus?****
It connects via Bluetooth so it’s compatible with all modern iPhones.
Are these headphones and mic noise cancelling?****
The earbuds are noise cancelling but the mic I don know for sure but my practical experience, is not a noise cancelling.
Can this be turned into wired headphones by connecting the 3.5mm jack?****
No they are completely wireless.
Does it work with iPhone 5s?****
It’s should I have iPhone 6 Plus & it works for me.
How well do these work with android phones, specifically Samsung galaxy note 5? Past experience more for iphone.****
I use my smokin buds with a Galaxy S3 mini, and works perfectly. You can change songs, respond calls etc.
Can it be used with wires?****
No, it is Bluetooth only, no wires other than the ones that go in your ears. Cell phone only or anything that has Bluetooth capability, if you use wired headphones they override the blue tooth, i have done just that, so i know.
