Your UMF Ruhla watch comes with a 24-month warranty, counting from the date of purchase. Excluded from the warranty are wearing parts such as bracelet, clasp, crown, atch glass – battery in quartz watches – as well as normal signs of wear and tear. The warranty is void if defects are caused by gross negligence by the buyer or third parties. Should you have legitimate complaints, you can send in the watch including the proof of purchase. Watches sent to us freight forward, unfortunately, cannot be accepted.
In case your watch needs to be repaired or to raise claims under a guarantee, please contact the point of sales.
