Product Information
The RONDA QUARZ is a collection of watches manufactured by UHREN- UND MASCHINENFABRIK RUHLA in Germany. The collection includes the following models: 515, 517, 505.24D, 505.24H, 6004.D, and 6203.B.
Cal. 515, 6004.D, 6203.B
- Position the crown to A.
- To adjust the date, turn the crown to positions I, II, or III. The date will appear.
- For Cal. 6004.D, after adjusting the date, turn the crown to position 4.
Crown A
- Pos. I Position of rest (watch running)
- Pos. II Quick-change correction for date
The date can also be corrected during the day-changing phase between 10 pm and midnight. The date of the following day has to be set, because no automatic date change takes place at midnight.
- Pull the crown out to position II (watch still running).
- Turn the crown clockwise until the required date appears.
Cal. 6004.D:
- Turn the crown anticlockwise until the required date appears.
- Push the crown back into position I.
Pos. III Setting the time
- Pull the crown out to position III (watch stopped).
- Turn the crown, until the current time is displayed (remember the 24-hour cycle).
- Push the crown back into position I.
Crown B
- Pos. I Position of rest
- Pos. II Setting the time of the 2nd time zone
During the time setting of the 2nd time zone, crown A must be in position I.
- Pull the crown out to position II.
- Turn the crown, until the desired time is displayed.
- Push the crown back into position I.
Cal. 517
- Position the crown to MON.
- To adjust the date, turn the crown to positions I, II, or III. The date will appear.

- Pos. II Quick-change correction for date

- Pull the crown out to position II (watch still running).

Quick-change correction for day of the week
The blocking time for the day of the week quick-change correction is from
approx. 10 pm and midnight.
- The second language always first appears around 24.00hrs for about 2 hours, until the display changes to the required language.
- Pull the crown out to position II (watch still running).
- Turn crown anticlockwise until the desired day of the week appears in the required language.
- Push the crown back into position.
Beyond the calendar jump phase the weekday or language can be changed without restrictions (quick change by crown – position II)

- Pull the crown out to position III (watch stopped).
- Turn the crown, until the current time is displayed (remember the 24-hour cycle).
- Push the crown back into position I
Cal. 505.24D, 505.24H
- Position the crown to I.
- To correct the date, turn the crown to positions I, II, or III. The date of the following day has to be set because no automatic date change takes place at midnight.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS
Your UMF Ruhla watch comes with a 24-month warranty, counting from the date of
purchase. Excluded from the warranty are wearing parts such as bracelet,
clasp, crown, watch glass – battery in quartz watches – as well as normal
signs of wear and tear. The warranty is void if defects are caused by gross
negligence by the buyer or third parties. Should you have legitimate
complaints, you can send in the watch including the proof of purchase. Watches
sent to us freight foward unfortunately cannot be accepted.
