Read the Instruction Manual carefully.

WARNING

  1. Before connecting the product with the electric power, please check if the power provided in accordance with the rated power of the product.
  2. If there are damages to the plugs, power wire or the product, you should no longer use the product.
  3. If the power wire is broken, for avoiding danger, it must be replaced by the Technical Assistance.
  4. This product can be used by child over the age of 8 and persons with imperfect limbs, lack of relevant experience and knowledge (Except for psychopath), but the specially assigned person must give supervision and guidance to their using the product, thus to ensure their safety.
  5. Take care of the children, do not let them play the product as toy.
  6. When the product is in power or is cooling, the product and the power wire must be placed at a location out of reach of children under the age of 8.
  7. Do not let the power wire touch surfaces with high temperature.
  8. Never insert wet hands into the plugs and controlling panel of the product.
  9. The product must be connected with a grounded socket, and one must make sure that it is inserted correctly.
  10. Never connect the product with external timer, in case danger might occur.
  11. Never put the product on or near combustible material like the table cloth, or the curtain etc.
  12. Never put the product against the wall or other products. There should be at least 10cm of free space for the back side, left/ right sides, and the upper side of the product. Do not put things on top of the product.
  13. Never use the product for purposes not illustrated in the manual.
  14. The product must be watched by someone while operating.
  15. During the period of fat-free frying, steam with high temperature will be emitted from the air outlet opening. The hands and face should be away from the steam and the air outlet opening. And one should take care of the hot steam and air while moving the fryer away from the product.
  16. When using the product, the surface that it touches might become very hot.
  17. If the product is smoking, unplug the power immediately. Remove the pan away from the product until it stops smoking.

BEFORE FIRST USE

  1. Remove all the packing material.
  2. Remove the glue and labels on the product.
  3. Clean the frying pan and the tray thoroughly with hot water, detergent and non abrasive sponge.
  4. Clean the inside and outside of the product with warm wet cloth.
  5. The fat-free fryer uses the technology of hot air heating. Never pour oil or fat into the fryer.

USE

  1. Place the appliance on a dry, stable and heat-resistant surface.

  2. Since the appliance becomes hot during use, make sure that it is not too close to other objects.

  3. Pull out the pan from the appliance by the pan handle. Put the tray into the pan.

  4. Place the ingredients into the pan. Slide the pan into the appliance. Make sure they are placed correctly and closed completely. Otherwise, the appliance will not work. Caution: Do not touch the pan during use or after use in short time as it gets very hot. Only hold the pan by the handle.

  5. Connect the power plug to a suitable outlet. The machine sends out one beep sound and enters into standby. Press the on/off button, the control panel is displayed.

  6. Press the temperature adjustment button “+” to set your desired temperature (80°C to 200°C). Press the timer adjustment button to set desired time (1 – 60 minutes). You can also long press the adjustment button for rapid adjustment.

  7. You can also press the menu button to directly choose the cooking functions in the menu. If you wish to adjust the time and temperature a little, please make adjustment as step 6. The selected food icon in the menu will flash. If you need to change the menu selection when the appliance is working, you need to first press the on/off button to make a pause.

  8. Press the on/off button once; the machine starts working and the on/off button flashes. The digital display shows the set temperature and time. You can press the on/off button again to make a pause. If there is no operation for about 1 minute in the pause state, the machine will automatically enter into standby with 3 beep sounds.

  9. When the whole cooking process is finished, “OFF” is shown on the display, and then the blower will stop working in a few seconds. You can also manually turn off the machine by long pressing the on/off button for 3 seconds:
    a) If the appliance is working, it will show “OFF” on the display and enter into standby after few seconds;
    b) if the appliance is in the state of setting, it will enter into standby directly.

  10. Pull out the pan from the appliance by the pan handle. Check if the ingredients are ready. sIf not, simply slide the pan back into the appliance. Set the temperature and the timer to a few extra minutes. Then press the on/off button to run the machine again. NOTE: You can also pull out the pan to check and shake the ingredients during cooking process. When you slide back the pan, the machine will continue to work with the selected setting.

  11. Empty the pan, putting the food into a bowl or onto a plate. To remove large or fragile ingredients, lift the ingredients out of the pan by a pair of tongs. To remove ingredients (e.g. beef, chicken, meat, any ingredients with original oil and will have excess oil from ingredients collected on the bottom of the pan), please use tongs to pick ingredients one by one. remove ingredients (e.g. chips, vegetable or ingredients with no excess oil from the ingredients),s please pull out the pan, and pour ingredients to tableware.

  12. After the cooking is done, the appliance is instantly ready for preparing another batch of ingredients if needed.

TIPS

  1. Smaller ingredients usually require a slightly shorter preparation time than larger ingredients.
  2. A larger quantity of ingredients only requires a slightly longer preparation time than smaller quantities.
  3. Shaking smaller ingredients halfway through the preparation time optimises the end result and can help to prevent unevenly-fried food.
  4. Apply some oil to fresh potatoes for a crispy result. Fry your ingredients in the air fryer within a few minutes of adding the oil.
  5. Do not prepare extremely greasy ingredients such as sausages in the air fryer.
  6. You can also use the air fryer to reheat ingredients. To do this, set the device to 150 °C for up to 10 minutes.

CAUTION:

  1. Do not immerse the housing in water or rinse it under the tap.
  2. Avoid any liquid entering the appliance to prevent from electric shock or short circuit.
  3. Keep all ingredients in the pan to prevent any contact with heating elements.
  4. Do not cover the air inlet and the outlet when the appliance is working. Leave at least 10cm free space around and above the appliance.
  5. Filling the pan with oil may cause a fire hazard!
  6. Do not touch the inside of the appliance when it is in operation.
  7. Be careful of the hot steam and air when you remove the pan from the appliance.
  8. During operation, hot steam is released through the air outlet. Keep your hands and face at a safe distance from the steam and the air outlet.
  9. Immediately turn off and unplug the appliance if you see any dark smoke coming out of the appliance, which means the food is overcooked or the appliance broke down.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

  1. Before handling or cleaning the appliance, let it cool down for approximately 30 minutes. Clean the appliance on all the inside and outside regularly.
  2. Clean the outside and inside of the appliance with a damp cloth and dry with a soft clean cloth.
  3. Never use abrasive cleaners or sponges.
  4. Remove the pan to let the appliance cool down more quickly. Clean the pan and tray in hot water with a washing liquid and a non-abrasive sponge. Dry well before use.

TROUBLESHOOTING

When you fry greasy ingredients, oil will leak into the pan. The oil produces white smoke and the pan may heat up. This does not affect the cooking result or hurt

the appliance.

The pan still contains grease residue from previous use.| Clean the pan properly after each use.
Fresh fries are fried unevenly.| You haven’t used the right potato type.| Use fresh potatoes.
You haven’t rinsed the potato sticks properly before frying.| Rinse the potato sticks properly to remove starch from the outside of the sticks.
Fresh fries are not crispy.| The crispness of the fries depends on the amount of oil and water in the fries| Make sure the potato sticks have been dried properly before adding the oil.

  1. The warranty is valid only on presentation of invoice of purchase.
  2. This WARRANTY is limited exclusively to parts substitution ineffective due to faulty manufacture, made in our workshops.
  3. The elimination of several faults of the scope of the guarantee is made for repair or replacement of defective parts, according to the discretion of our technical services. Defctive parts are our property.
  4. Are not covered under warranty damage caused by transportation, neglect or poor use, improper assembly or installation, as well as external influences such as: lightning strikes or power, flooding, humidity, etc…
  5. Lose warranty, all appliances that are not being used according to the instructions, or connected to FEEDING NETWORKS not guarantee a constant voltage of 220/240V.
  6. The warranty does not cover damages for personal injury or damage caused directly or indirectly in any capacity whatsoever.
  7. This warranty terminates when it is found to have been undergoing repairs, alterations or interventions by any person not authorized by Jocel. THE

WARRANTY EXPIRES

  1. If the appliance has not been installed by an Accredited Technician.
  2. Exceeded the current legal period, for home appliances and for industrial appliances, warranty expires and assistance will be made by charging the costs of labor hand, according to current fees
  3. With the modification or disappearance of the nameplate of the appliance.
