Operation Manual
Warning!!!
To ensure proper operation of this machine, Users should read this manual
carefully. Before proceeding to handle it, following all the instructions in
this manual. We recommend that you keep this manual in a safe place in case
you may need it in future.
Operating steps
Preparations:
- Place the machine on the table after it is taken out of the box, make sure that no parts missing on the box.
- Connect power plug to a grounder power/socket, and turn on the power switch, run the machine without load, This is to check that machine run correctly and does not make any strange noise.
- Then check if the water bins and tray are place in the correct positions. Then turn off the switch.
- Put the cup/or glass on the tray to get the juice.
- To wash the machine,( Refer to the daily maintenance section , to make sure that it runs smoothly.
- Put pm-washed oranges into the top basket wait for squeezing.
Squeezing steps:
- Turn on the on/off switch , and let the machine run without load for a while. Then put oranges into feed rail, and oranges will roll into concave roller, and cut into half by knife assemble, and squeezed by convex roller. Then the juice will come automatically .
- To stop squeezing, turn off on/off switch.
- Caution: Never turn off the power switch while orange squeezing is in process. Do not switch off the machine until there are no more oranges being squeezed in the squeezing shaft.
Daily maintenance

Before cleaning the machine, be sure to switch off and unplug the power connection.

Daily cleaning the cover, the juice collector, the concave and convex roller, the peeler.

To cleaning the machine as per following steps: A-B-C-D
A)Take out the juice filter.
B) Unscrew the pressing screw of transport cover, and take the cover out.
C) Take the peeler assemble and knife assemble.
D) Dismantle the two concave and convex roller. Must take the one set of concave and convex roller at same time. -
Wash all parts, and dry them in the air. Use a wiping cloth to clean inside of squeezing area. Finally return all cleaned parts back to their position. Make sure the pressing screw closed and peeler in the correctly position.
Attention:
- Be sure to cut off the power connection before cleaning and repair.
- All maintenance of electrical components should only done by trained technicians.
