Troubleshooting
The mouse pointer is not moving Please make sure that the device is properly
connected to a working USB port on your device.
Please make sure nothing is obscuring the mouse optical sensor, and that the
surface the mouse is placed on is not transparent.
Make sure you have the latest software. You can always download the latest

I have tried these options and it’s still not working
