Device Overview :

HP BP5000/BP5000 PLUS Supported Input Sources:

  • Embedded digital content platform (via wireless stick and/or RJ45 Ethernet port)

HP BP5000/BP5000 PLUS features an embedded powerful 30-watt stereo speaker set with deep bass, detailed mids, and clear treble. However, the below audio outputs are also supported to suit your individual needs.

  • S/PDIF* 1
  • HDMI ARC *1
  • 3.5mm earphone out
  • Bluetooth (4.0)

How to use:

  1. Place the projector onto a stable horizontal level surface (eg. table, TV stand) facing the desired vertical projection surface (eg. wall, projection screen). Plug the projector with the power cable into a working AC power socket, connect your external video and audio sources into the applicable input ports.
  2. Before using the remote controller for the first time, insert the included AA batteries*2 into the remote. Power on the projector and follow the on-screen instructions to pair the remote.
  3. If you would like to set up the projection area yourself, please select (Settings > Projection > Installation Assistant). Please follow the on-screen instructions. Alternatively, you may seek professional assistance by contacting your local installation provider.
  4. If you experience the projected picture being out of focus and/or distorted, please select (Settings > Projection > Auto-Focus / Keystone) to correct this.
  5. To ensure safe viewing and prevent eyesight damage, we recommend you enable Smart Eye Protection (Settings > Projection > Smart Eye Protection). During operation, DO NOT look directly straight-on at the projector lens.
  6. You may also use BP5000/BP5000 Plus as a speaker (audio-only) without using the screen. (Settings > Switch off Display).
