PRECAUTIONS BEFORE USE
KEEP THESE INSTRUCTIONS IN MIND:

Do not cover or block any ventilation openings. When placing the device on a shelf, leave 5 cm (2″) free space around the whole device.

Install in accordance with the supplied user manual

Keep the device away from heat sources such as radiators. heaters. stoves. candles and other heat-generating products or naked flame. The device can only be used in moderate climates. Extremely cold or warm environments should be avoided. Working temperature between 0° and 35°C.

Avoid using the device near strong magnetic fields.

Electrostatic discharge can disturb the normal usage of this device. If so, simply reset and restart the device following the instruction manual. During file transmission, please handle with care and operate in a static-free environment.

If the product is delivered with a power cable or AC power adaptor
• If any trouble occurs, disconnect the AC power cord and refer servicing to qualified personnel.
• Don’t step on or pinch the power adaptor. Be very careful, particularly near the plugs and the cable’s exit point. Do not place heavy items on the power adaptor, which may damage it. Keep the entire device out of children’s reach! When playing with the power cable, they can seriously injure themselves. Unplug this device during lightning storms or when unused for a long period.

• Do not overload ac outlets or extension cords. Overloading can cause fire or electric shock.

INSTALLATION
• Unpack all parts and remove protective material.
• Do not connect the unit to the mains before checking the mains voltage and before all other connections have been made.

INSTALLATION
- AC POWER
Use only the included power adapter. Plug the adapter into a standard wall outlet and the DC plug into the DC jack at the rear side of the main unit.

Backup Battery
The device requires 2 AA-size batteries (not included). The backup battery is intended for short power outages only. The unit’s primary functions cannot run on the backup battery alone. -
Remote Control
The remote control requires one CR2025 lithium battery (included). All of the above controls are duplicated on the unit’s remote control. The procedure for replacing the remote’s CR2025 battery is also detailed on the back of the remote.
Warning:
- Be sure that the batteries are installed correctly. The wrong polarity may damage the unit
- Use only the same size and type of batteries.
- Do not mix old and new batteries.
- Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc), or rechargeable (nickel-cadmium) batteries.
- If the unit is not to be used for an extended period of time remove the batteries.
- Do not try to recharge the batteries which are not intended to be recharged. They can overheat and rupture.

CLOCK
Setting the clock
- When the unit is on Standby press and holds the “CLK SET/MEM” button. The hour on the display will begin flashing.
- Press the”SKIP/TUNE / buttons to adjust the hour.
- Press the “CLK SET/MEM” button again to adjust the minutes. The minutes on the display will begin flashing.
- Press the”SKIP/TUNE / “buttons to adjust the minutes.
- Press the”CLK SET/MEM” button to finish setting the time or wait for the display to stop.
TIMER
Setting the Timer
- Press theTIMER” button. At the display, the timer indicator will flash.
- Press the”TIMER” button to adjust the timer in increments of 10 minutes.
- Press the”SKIP/TUNE / buttons to adjust the timer in increments of 1 minute.
- Wait until the display stop flashing
- After the set time has expired the device will sound an alarm.
Disabling the timer
To cancel the alarm after it has sounded press the”POWER”buttonortheTIMER”
button. To cancel the timer before the alarm has sounded press the timer”
button until the display shows”000″ and the timer light is no longer lit.
CD OPERATION
- Turn the device on and press the”SOURCE’ button to switch to CD mode.
- Press the”OPEN/CLOSE” button to open the CD tray.
- Place CD into the tray with the label side facing up.
- Press the”OPEN/CLOSE’buttonagain to close the CD tray. The will starts playing automatically.
- Press the”PLAY/PAUSE’button to interrupt the playback Press the button again to resume playing.
- Pressthe”SKIKTUNE / “buttons to selecta track
- Press the”STOP ■ “button to stop the play mode.
Programming CD
- Press the”STOP ■ “button to stop theCD during play.
- Press the”PROG” button.
- “Prog”will begin to blinkonthe display.
- Press the”SKIP/TUNE / buttons to select a track.
- Press the”PROG” button to save the selected track to the program.
- Repeat steps 4 and 5 to program up to 20tracks.
- If you are ready press the”PLAY/PAUSE” button to start playing the programed titles.
Repeat Function
Repeat one track on Music CD
- during playback press the”SKIKTUNE / “buttons to select the track that you want to repeat
- Press the”REPEAT’button until the” ” indicator shows on display. The unit will play the selected track repeatedly.
- To cancel the setting press the ‘REPEAT’ button continuously until the” ” or” ALL” indicators disappear.
Repeat the entire LSC
- During CD playback press the”REPEAT’ button continuously until the” ALL” indicator shows on the display. The unit will play all tracks on the disc repeatedly.
- To cancel the setting press the ‘REPEAT’ button continuously until the” ” or” ALL” indicators disappear.
RADIO
To improve the best FM radio reception try altering the position/length of the FM wire antenna.
- Turn the device on and press the”SOURCE” button to switch to FM radio mode.
- Press the”SKIP/TUNE / “buttons to tune the radio manually in 50kHz steps.
- Press and hold the”SKIP/TUNE / ” buttons to scan for available stations.
Saving and playing a station as a Preset
- Press the”SKIP/TUNE / “buttons to tune the FM radio to the desired station.
- Press the”CLK SET/MEM” button. Preset number (P01) will appear on the display.
- Press the”M+/M-” buttons to adjust the desired preset number (P01-P20).
- Press the”CLK SET/MEM” button to save the current FM radio station to this selected preset.
- Repeat steps 1 to 4 to program further radio stations.
- Press the”M+/M-” buttons to cycle through saved radio stations.
BLUETOOTH FUNCTION
Pairing to a device and playing audio
- Turn the device on and press the”SOURCE” button to switch to BLUETOOTH mode. The Bluetooth indicator will light up.
- Press and hold the “PLAY/PAUSE” button to begin pairing. The indicators on the display will begin flashing quickly.
- Start the Bluetooth mode on your Bluetooth device and start the scan. Select”Lenco KCR-150″ in your setting to pair it. If your device requests a password enter the default password is “0000′:
- When the devices have successfully paired the indicators on the display will stop flashing and an audible chime will sound through the speaker.
- Use the controls on the connected device to select an audio track, to start the playback, pause, etc.
After the initial pairing, the unit will stay paired unless you manually
disconnect the connection or the devices are out of range.
“This product has a Bluetooth reception function, you can not transmit any
Bluetooth sound with it: this means that you can receive wirelessly a
Bluetooth sound signal from an external source like a smartphone.”
AUX-IN FUNCTION
You require a 3.5mm audio cable (not included).
- Connect 3.5mm audio cable to the”LINE IN”input on the right side of the unit and the audio output on an audio device.
- Turn the device on and press the”SOURCE” button to switch to LINE IN mode.
- Use the controls on the connected device to start the playback.
