Wear

Step 1: Choose the suitable ear pieces for earbuds.

Step 2: Wear it in the ears and adjust to a comfortable position in your ears, please note the left and right earbuds.

How to pair / Start to use

1. Open charging case with the both earbuds in it.

2. Take out the both earbuds from the changing case, and the earbuds will turn on automatically. Then one of the earbud will enter the Bluetooth pairing mode when red and blue lights gash alternately. When the earbuds hay been paired with the device successfully, a beep sound will be heard.

3. Go to Bluetooth Settings on your phone and select “AtrixEarbuds”.

4. After AtrixEarbuds paired, some mobile phones will appear Bluetooth Pairing Request. Please select ‘Pair.’ and both L & R pairing earbuds process are completed.

5. When pairing completed, and the both earbuds are worn in the ears and adjusted to a comfortable position, you can use the earbuds for True Wireless Stereo music.

6. The earbuds will power off when place back to the changing case to recharge.

Charging

Charge the Earbuds: Put the earbuds into the charging case to charge the earbuds, the re LED indicator will light up while charging. When the earbuds are fully charged, the red LED light will out out automatically.

Charge the Charging Case: Please charge the Charging Case by the USB-C cable, the white LED flashes while it is charging. When the charging case is fully charged, four white LED indicator will keep lighting up.

Safety Instruction

  • Using earbuds at high to moderate volumes for extended periods of time will result in permanent hearing damage. It is advised you keep volume levels moderate to low at all times for your safety.
  • Do not use while driving a car, cycling, operating machinery, or performing other activities that require hearing surrounding sounds.
  • Do not use earbuds in thunder storm weather, the earphone may not work properly in the condition, and increase the risk of being hit by lightning.
  • Earbuds may not work properly under high temperature or high humidity conditions.
  • Do not use any corrosive cleaner/oil to clean the earphone. If the earphone comes in contact with liquids, quickly wipe away. If submerse in water, do not tum the earbuds on until completely dried.

Tips: liquid submersion voids the warranty. Keep the earbuds and packaging out of reach of children.

Troubleshooting

Unable to power on .

Try to change the charging case and earbuds.

Unable to charge.

  1. Try to change another charging cable or charging adapter,
  2. Check whether them is any chest or foreign matter in the charging po the charging case
  3. Check whether there is any object or foreign matter at the charging Contact of the embeds,
  4. Check whether the charm, socket is powered on and .ether the hanging plug matches :he charging interface.

No sound

  1. Make sure the volume of playback device is normal;
  2. Confirm whether the embeds has been turned on properly;
  3. Check whether the left and right earbuds are paired successfully.

Unpaired earbuds can be activated by placing the earbuds in the chargin se or long pressing the left and right earbuds for 8 seconds to reset

Unable to connect.

  1. Confirm whether the Earbud is fumed on properly;
  2. Make sure that the playback device is turned on properly;
  3. Make sure the playback device has switched other connections off;
  4. Check whether there is no obvious interference or shielding in the laying environment,
  5. Check whether the earbuds match the playing device (the playing device must be Bluetooth 4.0 or above);
  6. Check whether the left /right earbuds are paired successfully

The sound is instability.

  1. The distance between the earbud and the playback device is too far;
  2. There is interference between the earbuds and the playing device;
  3. The playback device is not streaming smoothly.
