Safety inspection
Using a damaged sling can cause injury to the client, therefore ISO 10535:2006 demands a periodic safety inspection of a sling for wear, tear and loose stitching.
This periodic safety inspection of the sling must be performed by a qualified person at least every 6 months unless a shorter period is otherwise stated in your country. The record must then be retained for examination in the event of an incident.

Cleaning and disinfection
Regular cleaning and disinfection prevents contamination. Clean and disinfect the product regularly while it is in use. Especially when it has been in contact with any body fluids.
IMPORTANT!
Always make sure the sling is completely dry before use.
