Thank you for choosing the NBG Home Friendship Lamp to stay connected with friends and family. Setp your friendship lamp in 5 easy steps! Before beginning the setup, please make sure you download and install the NBG Friendship Connect App available both on iOS and Android. Once you have the app installed, please follow these 5 simple steps:

Plugin your friendship lamp

In order to avoid connection issues, please only setup one lamp at a time -
Connect to your WiFi Network

Pick a color for your friendship lamp

Configure the fade timer

Choose whether you want to enable or disable Sleep Mode and save your settings
Congratulations! You are ready to use your Friendship Lamp. Once both lamps
have been set up, you will be able to connect with your loved ones wherever

Our products are produced under strict quality control standards and meet or
exceed all applicable industry standards and consumer regulations. Your
merchandise is warranted for ninety (90) days from the date of purchase
against manufacturing defects. In the unlikely event, you should have a
problem with your merchandise, or you are missing parts, it is not necessary
to return the unit to the store where it was purchased. Please contact
