INTRODUCTION
The VAR3030 battery is a Lithium Polymer (Li-Po) backpack-type battery with a
capacity of 30Ah, voltage 30V, with an internal electronic card for managing
the VAR600 machine.
The management card parameterizes the number of revolutions of the machine,
its absorption, guaranteeing maximum operating efficiency.
On the battery backpack there is an analog display that shows the battery
charge level; next to it is the input connector for the supplied battery
charger.
START-UP: WHAT TO DO TO START WORKING
The VAR 3030 has an on/off switch that enables and disables battery power.
Warning: When switching on the battery, always check that the switch on
the VAR600 combine is in the OFF position.
- a) Connect the backpack battery cable to the machine cable using the appropriate female-male connectors
- b) Press the power switch located on the VAR3030 battery pack
- c) Press the switch of the machine
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
The operator must use the VAR3030 adopting all the safety measures required by
current regulations.
In particular, you must:
- ALWAYS and ONLY use the VAR3030 with the VAR600 machine.
- ALWAYS and ONLY use the supplied battery charger.
- DO NOT use VAR3030 in case of rain, electrical storms and in any case always work in dry conditions.
- Always check the state of charge of the battery before each use.
- After use, disconnect the electrical connection and store the VAR3030 in a cool, dry place.
- Recharge even during idle period, at least once every two months
