Product Usage Instructions
Wearing:
- Peel off the protective films on the earbuds.
- Return the earbuds to the charging case and close it. Pull to reopen the case.
- Take out the earbuds. They will power on and enter pairing mode. Select “soundcore A30i” from your device’s Bluetooth list.
Powering On and Pairing:
To pair with a new device, press and hold the touch areas of both earbuds simultaneously for 3 seconds to enter pairing mode.
Charging:
To connect the earbuds with two Bluetooth devices simultaneously, open the soundcore app, go to settings, and select Dual Connections > Enable Dual Connections > Connect New Device.
Controls:
- TWS mode: Tap and hold for 2 seconds (L/R)
- Mono mode: Tap and hold for 2 seconds
- Switch ambient sound modes (ANC / Transparency): Tap and hold for 2 seconds (L/R)
Powering Off:
To power off, return the earbuds to the charging case. Tap twice (R), tap twice (L), or tap twice (L/R) depending on the action you want to take.
Reset:
To reset, pull to open the charging case, take out the earbuds, then press and hold the touch control areas of both earbuds simultaneously for 10 seconds.
Firmware Update:
You will be notified of a new firmware version when you connect the earbuds to the app. Keep the earbuds outside the charging case until the update is complete. Avoid using them during the update process.

WEARING
Choose the ear tips that fi t your ears best and take a fi t test in the soundcore app to ensure you get the best ANC performance. After wearing the earbuds, rotate until they lock into a position you find comfortable.
Note: Medium ear tips come attached to the earbuds.
- Dust, earwax, or other debris can accumulate in the earbuds. To maintain optimal sound quality, regularly clean your earbuds by using a cotton swab slightly moistened with rubbing alcohol to gently wipe the metal mesh filter under the rubber ear tips.
POWERING ON AND PAIRING
- Peel off the protective fi lms on the earbuds.
- Return the earbuds to the charging case, then close the case. Pull to reopen the charging case.
- Take out the earbuds. The earbuds will automatically power on and enter pairing mode. Select ” soundcore A30i ” from your device’s Bluetooth list.
PAIRING WITH A NEW DEVICE
To pair with a new device, press and hold the touch areas of both earbuds simultaneously for 3 seconds to enter pairing mode.
CHARGING
- Place the earbuds in the charging case and close it.
- Fully dry off the earbuds and the USB-C charging port before charging.
- Connect the charging case to a power supply by using the provided USB-C charging cable.
A full battery recharge takes about 2 hours, and 10 minutes of charging offers 2 hours of playtime.
DUAL CONNECTIONS
To connect the earbuds with two Bluetooth devices at the same time, fi rst open the soundcore app, go to settings, and select Dual Connections > EnableDual Connections > Connect New Device.

POWERING OFF
To power off, return the earbuds to the charging case.

FIRMWARE UPDATE
You will be informed once a new fi rmware version is detected when you connect the earbuds to the app. Ensure the earbuds are outside the charging caseuntil the fi rmware update is complete. During the update, avoid any usage.
