This product is a health-oriented and fashionable item for cold-resisting purposes. The heated scarf is AKASO’s third product following heated vests and gloves. Adopting advanced far infrared technology, the heated scarf not only keeps you warm but also features physical therapy. Fashionable design makes it a chic wearable accessory and cold-resistant item. It’s an ideal gift for your family and friends. For your health, this heated scarf is designed to be used for up to 60 minutes. AKASO does not recommend you use it continuously. If you need to use it for an extended duration, it’s recommended that you enable the medium or low heating mode to protect your skin from scalding.
Before using this product, please read the two tips below to avoid any security risk that may cause. Important Note: Please read the manual carefully before using this product and save it for future reference. We made this manual in bold font to make it convenient for you to read. Should you still fail to read it normally, please read and understand it to use this product properly with your families’ help.
People prohibited from use : Patients with moderate or severe cardiovascular diseases, severe heart diseases, and skin sensation disorders or abnormalities are prohibited from using this product. This product is NOT recommended for use in sleep.

Product Structure
Operation Instructions
This product uses a one-button operation.
Long press the control switch for 3 seconds to turn on the device. After the
device is turned on, it will enter the high heating mode. The indicator light
turns red and stays solid, and the temperature will be around 149°F/65°C. The
scarf will power off automatically if no operation is applied within 60
minutes. To resume using this product, please long-press the control switch
for 3 seconds to turn it on.
Press the control switch again to enter the medium heating mode. The indicator
light will turn white and stay solid, and the temperature will be around
140°F/60°C.
Press the control switch once again to enter the low heating mode. The
indicator light will turn blue and stay solid, and the temperature will be
around 131°F/55°C.
Instructions
- Step 1 : Check accessories. Please open the package to check if both the product and its accessories are included before using for the first time.
- Step 2 : Check the power bank. Please check the power bank to see if it can power on and off. You can connect it to your phone to see if it holds a charge, then charge it for about 6 to 8 hours till it can be completely activated.
- Step 3 : Connect to the power bank. Open the invisible zipper beside the scarf’s control switch, find the USB charging cable, then plug it into the power bank’s port.

Step 4 : Install the power bank. Put the power bank into the power bank pocket. Please make sure the zipper is closed tightly after connecting the power bank to the charging cable so that the power bank won’t fall from the scarf.

Step 5: Turn on the scarf. Long press the control switch for 3 seconds to turn on the heated scarf. When the scarf is turned on, it will enter the high heating mode with the red light remaining on.

Step 6 : Wear the scarf. The heated scarf is expected to heat up in 3 seconds. Point the side of the scarf that heats up obviously at your neck, then wear it as shown in the fig below. We recommend you to wear this heated scarf in temperatures ranging from -10 to 40 degrees. Please rest assured that our heated scarf is made from safe and comfortable materials. So you’re free to wear it around your neck directly. You may feel less warm if you wear it around your clothes.

Step 7 : Switch the heating modes. Care Instructions Our heated scarf has 3 heating modes. When the scarf is turned on, it will enter the high heating mode automatically. If you find it too hot, please press the control switch to switch between high, medium, and low modes. A single mode is switched per press. The heated scarf is on the high heating mode when the indicator light turns red and stays on. It will heat up quickly to produce warmth. The temperature will be kept at around 149°F/65°C and up to 158°F/70°C. When the indicator light turns white and stays on, the scarf is on the medium heating mode with the constant temperature ranging from 131°F/55°Cto 140°F/60°C, working to keep you warm. The scarf is for physical therapy purposes when it’s on the low heating mode with the indicator light turning blue and staying on. The temperature ranges from 122°F /50°C to 131°F/55°C. To protect your skin from scalding, it’s recommended that you enable the medium or low heating mode if you need to use the scarf for an extended duration.

Step 8 : Auto power off. For your health, we do not recommend you use this product continuously as our heated scarf adopts a graphene infrared heating technology which brings great comfort. To make you become less dependent on this scarf, our heated scarf is designed to automatically power off after working for 60 minutes. If you need to use it again, please refer to Step 5. Long press the control switch for 3 seconds, the scarf will be turned down automatically. So will the battery.

Step 9 : Turn on for second use. To turn on the heated scarf for a second use, please press the control switch till the indicator light turns red, then switch to the mode you need.

Step 10 : Charge the power bank. Connect the power bank with the included charging cable, then plug it into a 5V/2A USB port. For first use, we recommend you charge the power bank for 6 to 8 hours till it’s fully activated.
- (Note: our heated scarf does not include a charger or an adapter.) It’s’ recommended that you purchase an extra power bank for frequent use so that you can use it in a full battery state.

Step 11: About charging indicators.
The remaining battery is 25%-50% when two yellow indicators are flashing. Please go on charging it.

The remaining battery is 75%-100% when four yellow indicators are flashing. The power bank is fully charged when the four indicators stay solid.
Step 12: Battery duration.
The included power bank has a 5000mAh battery which enables the heated scarf to work for 2 to 3 hours on the high heating mode (red light on), 3 to 4 hours on the medium mode (white light on), and 4 to 6 hours on the low mode (blue light on).
Care Instructions
Cleaning and Preservation
Connect the USB connector to the power supply and press the power button to enter the working state.
Before washing, please make sure the power bank and power supply are removed. Wash delicately. After washing, hang to dry in a room temperature area until the product is completely dry before using it or storing it in a storage box.
When not in use, store it as follows:
- When storing the product, let the product cool down before folding;
- During storage, do not place items on the product to prevent creases;
- Frequently check the product for signs of wear or damage. If you detect any damage, or if the product has been misused, return it to the supplier to check it before using it again if it is still under warranty.
