Basic Operation

  1. Earphone On: Open Lid and earphones boost up automatically, or Long Press for 5s, at the same time there is a “power on” prompt tone.
  2. Earphone Off: Put back to Charging case and close Lid, earphones are automatically off, or Long Press for 5s, at the same time there will be “power off” prompt tone.
  3. Single Click: Left Earphone (L) Volume down, Right Earphone (R) Volume up. There is a slight beep when Adding or Subtracting the volume, there is a beep at maximum or minimum volume.
  4. Double Click: Play/Pause; Answer Call/Hang up Call; Reject Call when on calling mode.
  5. Triple Click: Left Earphone(L) Skip Back, Right Earphone (R) Skip Forward.
  6. Voice Assitance: Long press Left (L) for 2s to wake up Siri with a beep; Long press for 2s to exit with a beep
  7. Game Mode: Long press Right(R) for 2s, prompt “Beep Game Mode” to enter the game mode; Long press Right (R) for 2s, prompt “Music Mode” to enter the music mode.
  8. Restore factory settings: Turn on earphone and be unconnected, fast click 5 times to clear the pairing, at this time indicators of the two headphones are on at the same time, 3s after clearing, earphones will automatically turn off. After both earphones are cleared, put them back to charging case, factory reset is finished. Open case and connect to bluetooth as usaual.

Bluetooth Pairing Instructions

  1. Bluetooth TWS Paring or Mono Pairing: During the pairing process, 2 LED lights are flashing quickly; When paring is finished, Master earphone LED light flash quickly, Slave earphone LED light are off; When connected to cellphone, both Master and Slave earphones LED light are off, paring are finished. Bluetooth device search for Earphone pairing name “MD011” (Part of the smartphone need to input “0000” as paring password) , Click Connect to complete the pairing.
  2. Automatically Connect Back: Connected successfully with a cellphone, Earphone will automatically connect to the last earphone it pair with.

Indicator Light Display

  1. Power on: 2 Indicator lights flash 3 times.
  2. Power off: 2 Indicator lights flash 1 time.
  3. Un-connected status: 2 lights flash once per second.
  4.  Gaming mode: 2 lights are on and do breathing light effect.
  5. Low Battery Warning: 2 lights flash once every 2 second at the same time.
  6. Earphone is charging: 1 Indicator light are on, off when full battery.
  7. Charging case is charging: Both charging case Indicator flash once at the same time when battery is less than 25%; flash twice when battery is 25%
  8. 50%; flash three times when battery is 50%-75%; flash four times when 75%
  9. 100% battery; always on when full battery.
  10. Charging case charges earphones: Open the lid, both case indicators  re on, remain 10s then goes off; Close the lid with earphones inside, which earphone is charging, then which side’s Indicator light is on, or on both; Case Indicator is off when earphone is not inside.

Notes on charging

  1. After using for a period of time, the contacts are oxidized, and the headset cannot be charged or turned on. First, use alcohol and cloth to clean the contacts and the two thimbles in the charging compartment to solve the problem.
  2. When you put the earphones back into the charging compartment, they will turn off and start charging; if you take it out again, they will automatically turn on and pair with each other automatically.

Maintenance:

  • The recommended operating temperature range is: 0-35 degrees; excessive cold, overheating, or high temperature environments will reduce battery life and affect product performance.
  • Do not use under thunderstorms.
  • After a long period of non-use, please charge it before use.
  • Please use a dry soft cloth to clean the headset.
  • If there is water or sweat at the notch, wipe it with a dry cloth, it will not affect normal use.

Common Problem

  1. The earphone cannot be paired with the mobile phone? Please check whether the headset is in pairing or back-to-back mode, and check the mobile phone Bluetooth search function.
  2. The headset cannot be turned on? Please check if the earphone is fully charged and charge it.
  3. Can I replace the battery of the earphones? No, this earphone uses a non-removable battery.
  4. Can I use the earphone while driving? You can use this earphone while driving, but it is not recommended to use a Bluetooth big headset while driving and minimize the volume.
  5. The earphone is disconnected from the phone? The effective distance of these earphones is 10 meters indoors. If the distance between the mobile phone and the earphone exceeds 10 meters or there are multiple obstacles, the earphone and the mobile phone will be disconnected. Please keep the earphone within the effective distance.
  6. After the earphone is connected to a computer or mobile phone, hear different sounds? Because Bluetooth is a wireless technology, it is very sensitive to objects between the earphone and the connected device. Please check whether there is metal or other objects in the connection range that affect the connection.
  7. After the Bluetooth earphone is connected to the mobile phone, can the earphone be used to control the applications on the mobile phone? The software settings of device applications may be different so that the functions of individual applications do not support the earphone controls.

  1. As there is a battery in the headset, please try to keep this product away from high-temperature areas.
  2. Please try to use qualified chargers and charging cables, and try to avoid using high current and voltage fast charging devices to charge this product.
