Instructions

Wireless charging
on the go Place your phone on top of Porto Q 5K and press the charging button to begin wireless charging.

Wireless charging pad
at home Plug the USB-C cable into any USB-C wall charger (not included). A USB-PD or QuickCharge™ 9 V charger is required to enable the fast-charging protocols of Apple (7.5 W) and Samsung (9 W).

Charging with a cable

Use Porto Q 5K’s built-in battery to charge devices and accessories with a cable. Connect a USB-A charging cable (USB-A to USB-C, micro USB, or Lightning; not included) to the port on the Porto Q 5K to charge another phone, device, or accessory. Porto Q 5K’s USB-A port outputs up to 12 W.

Recharging Porto Q 5K

Plug the included USB-C to USB-C cable into Porto Q 5K’s USB-C port (input only), and then into a USB-C power source such as a wall or car charger. A power source providing at least 12 W is recommended for faster recharging.

Troubleshooting

  1.  Flashing LED (FOD)Remove any metal objects like coins or keys between your device the charging pad. If the problem persists, please contact support@moshi.com.
  2. Placement: Center your device on the charging pad.
