How to charge your phone wirelessly with Lounge Q
o Plug the USB-C cable into any USB-C wall charger (not included). A USB -PD or QuickCharge™ 9 V or 12 V charger is required to enable the fast charging protocols of Apple (7.5 W) and Samsung (9 W).
o Place your phone on Lounge Q, making sure the center of the phone is aligned with the center of the Lounge Q’s charging pad. Charging begins automatically.
o Adjust the height of the charging pad to fit just about any Qi-compatible smartphone. Slide the charging pad up or down accordingly to place the phone in either portrait or landscape mode. -
LED behavior:
o Off: Not charging
o Breathing light: Charging
o Steady on: Fully charged
o Flashing: Foreign Object Detection error -
Foreign Object Detection Troubleshooting:
o Remove any metal objects like coins or keys between your device and Lounge Q.
o Unplug the power adapter for Lounge Q then plug it in again.
o If the problem still exists, please contact support@moshi.com.
