Instructions for use

  • Turn on the power, the product enters the standby state;
  • Plug your phone and AirPod into the cradle to charge;
  • Place the watch on the watch charging position for wireless charging;
  • After charging is completed, disconnect the power supply and organize the product;

How to solve abnormal charging

  • Please confirm whether your mobile phone has a wireless charging function before use;
  • Check if the phone deviates from the wireless inductive charging area of the charger;
  • Whether a non-metallic protective case is used for charging the mobile phone, the thickness of the protective case is recommended not to exceed 4 mm
  • When a metal object rotates in the charging area, the charger will automatically identify and conduct power failure protection.
  • When the charger temperature is too high, the protection will be automatically activated.
    Please unplug the power supply first and wait for the charger to return to the temperature before using it.

Why do wireless charging and induction products generate heat when charging?****

– During the charging process, there will be a certain amount of magnetoelectric conversion loss, and this part of the loss will be converted into heat, causing the phone and the charger to generate heat, which is a normal phenomenon.

Suggest:

  • When the device is fully charged, please disconnect the charging in time to avoid long-term cycle charging, which will cause the product and the charger to continue to heat;
  • When the mobile phone is charging, please close its background software
