Turn on your mobile phone Bluetooth connection first. Iit’s a code on the harness controller box. Use your mobile phone to Scan the code on the controller case then you can download the app ‘ LED LAMP or search ‘LED LAMP on App Store first. When you have finished download the app open it with your mobile phone Bluetooth connection open as well. For example, If you turn on the RGB lights, then turn on the app, it will show different function, clip “LED BLE”, you will come to the RGB control page, you can adjust to the color as you like, RED, GREEN, BLUE or choose the mode as you like. It have 4pages to meet your need, RGB, Mode, Custom, Music, you can clip one of the functions you like to custom the lights.

ACCESS YOUR BRAKE SYSTEM

Begin removing the wheel from your vehicle.Behind each brake system is a metal brake dust shield (indicated by the arrow in the oicture.) This is what will be used to mount your LED wheel rings to.

ALIGNING LIGHTING WHEEL

Mock up the light ring in desired location (generally centered around the brake assembly) You snould test your ring before going any further by connecting it a 12 volt battery. While testing check the way the light reflects and mark the ring in the desired location.

MOUNTING BRACKETS

Three mounting brackets will be used for each ring.The pre- drilled hole is where the ring r mounts to the bracket However you will need to drill through the aluminum nng and use the self tapping screws, to drill through the dust shield.

DRILLING DUST SHIELD

Use the self tapping screws to attach to the dust shield and the bracket at the same lime. This will insure that the bracket is mounted tightly to the Glust shield.

DRILLING LIGHTING WHEEL

Use your drill and 4mm drill bit to make necessary holes in the aluminum ring in the locations marked in the previous steps. You should now be ready to permanently mount each lighting wheel to its specified brackets. Position it correctly and make sure everything is tightened.

FASTENING WIRES

All wires should be securely fastened. Use zip ties to attach your wiring to the factory brake lines.Like the brake lines slack is required around the control arms to allow the vehicle’s suspension to have full articulation and motion without causing damage to or disconnecting any wiring. *Use an experienced 12V technician for this step.

Now that your lighting wheel ring is fully installed, you must wire each ring to the Rocker Switch that is provided. A wiring diagram is provided below to insure proper installation. Wiring should be done by a professional and a SA fuse added near the power source.All wired connections should be secure and properly insulated.
