Product Usage Instructions
To install the ORACLE LIGHTING BRONCO LED DASH KIT, you will need the following tools:
- Trim panel tool
- T-30 Torx bit
- 7mm nut driver/socket
- Philips screwdriver
- CUTTING TOOL
Cutting tool Follow these steps to install the kit:
- Start by measuring and cutting a 7.5ft section of cable in half. This step is only done on the bottom cable.
- Remove any excess cable and store it in the glove box area.
- Begin installing the cable as shown in the picture provided.
- Continue installing the cable along the dash, slightly pulling the panel outward to help with the installation.
- Refer to the provided diagram for proper cable routing. For additional technical support, please contact Oracle Lighting at the provided phone number.
INSTALLATION GUIDE
- REMOVE T-30 TORX SCREWS ON DRIVER AND PASSENGER SIDE DOOR HANDLE (8) TOTAL
- PUSH IN THESE (2) CLIPS TO DETACH THE GLOVE BOX
- MEASURE AND CUT A 7.5FT SECTION OF CABLE
- USE SHARP SNIPS OR SCISSORS TO TRIM MOUNTING FIN IN HALF (ONLY DONE ON BOTTOM CABLE)
- ROUTE CABLE THROUGH DASH LEAVING APPROX. BIN. OF EXCESS CABLE IN GLOVE BOX AREA
- BEGIN INSTALLING CABLE AS SHOWN IN PIC ABOVE ENSURE CABLES ARE ROUTED SO NOT TO BE PINCHED WHEN RE-INSTALLING SIDE HANDLES
- CONTINUE INSTALLNG CABLE ALONG DASH
- BEND CABLE AROUND CORNER WHILE INSTALLING (SLIGHTLY PULLING THIS PANEL OUTWARD HELPS)
- ROUTE CABLE AROUND STEERING COLUMN THEN BEGIN INSTALLING CABLE AS SHOWN
USE PANEL TOOL TO HELP SEPARATE THE PANEL TO ALLOW THE FIN TO PUSH IN
- ROUTE CABLE END THROUGH DASH AS SHOWN (BE SURE TO LEAVE EXCESS CABLE FOR LIGHT HEAD)
- MEASURE AND CUT A 8.5FT SECTION OF CABLE
- BEGIN RUNNING CABLE FROM PASSENGER SIDE TOWARDS DRIVER SIDE
- CONTINUE INSERTING CABLE ALONG TOP PORTION OF GAUGE CLUSTER
- TOP CABLE WILL FEED INTO THIS LOCATION
- CONNECT (2) LIGHT HEADS TO CABLE END. (1) FOR THE TOP CABLE AND (1) FOR BOTTOM CABLE
- ATTACH (2) LIGHT HEADS TO TOP AND BOTTOM CABLES LOCATED IN GLOVE BOX AREA
- FEED CABLES INTO AREA BEHIND CENTER CONSOLE. RE-INSTALL ALL TRIM/PANEL PIECES
- FEED CABLES INTO AREA BEHIND CENTER CONSOLE
- PLUG IN 12V AUX WIRE INTO BLUETOOTH CONTROLLER
- LOCATE 5A FUSE IN FUSE PANEL BY DRIVER SIDE DOOR. REMOVE THIS FUSE
- USING AN ADD-A-FUSE CIRCUIT, PLACE 5A FUSE INTO HOLDER
- PLACE THE ADD-A-FUSE CIRCUIT INTO 5A FUSE SLOT
- ADD-A-FUSE CIRCUIT CONNECTS TO RED WIRE. BLACK WIRE GROUNDS TO 7MM NUT
