Qi Coil Location
The Qi coil is generally found in the center of most smartphone models. The charging will be more efficient, when the device coil and charger coil are aligned.

Line up center of smartphone horizontally to the charger surface and rest
device on Anti-Slip Foot until a charging connection is found.
Landscape Charging
Line up center of smartphone Vertically to the charger surface and rest device
on Anti-Slip Foot until a charging connection is found.

Earbuds Aligns the Symbol
The symbol on the back indicates the position of the coil, so place the
earbuds on the symbol will receive a more efficient charging.

make the coil perfectly aligned
Troubleshooting
Your device’s screen will show that it is charging. if your device is not charging, please check the corresponding charging indicator on the front of the device.
Green Light
when charging the phone, the light will appear Green.
Blue Light
when charging the Earbuds, the light appear Blue.
Ice Blue Light
when charging the Earbuds and Phone together, the light appear Ice blue.
Blink Green or Blue Light
An error occurred in the front, the green light blinking. An error occurred in
the back, the blue light blinking.
Metal or Magnetic attachments will interfere the charging and even damage the product or your device; so please don’t place the object with metal or magnetic on the product surface.
