Safety Instructions
Warning! When using electric tools, basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and personal injury, including the following. Read all these instructions before attempting to operate this product and save these instructions.

Keep the work area clean. Cluttered areas and benches invite injuries.

Consider the work area environment. Don’t expose power tools to rain. Don’t use power tools in damp or wet locations.

Special Safety Regulation
When using a polisher, basic safety regulations, including the following , should always be followed to avoid damage to the machine and personal injury.
- Before use, inspect the rubber disk for any damage. Do not use rubber disks that are cracked, ripped, or otherwise damaged.
- When operating, hold the machine firmly with both hands and constantly use the U-shaped handle.
- Keep away from the rotating parts.
- Make sure that the tool is not in contact with the workpiece before you switch the machine on.
- Do not leave the machine running unattended. Operate the tools only when the machine is controlled by both hands.
- To reduce the risk of being scalded, do not touch the Workpiece after the operation.
- When using an extension cord, make sure it is double insulated and suitable for the tools.
Operating Instruction

D-shaped Handle(double color)
For your safety, please use a D-shaped handle. -
Installation of polish wheel
Mount the rubber pad and woolen disk into the spindle, and then tighten the flange nut. -
Variable speed
Adjust step-less speed regulator from 1000rpm to 3000rpm according to requirement, it is the highest speed in the ‘6’ position, gradually slow down in the ‘1’ position. -
Always switch off and wait until the polishing wheel has come to a complete standstill before storing the machine.
Maintenance
- Always endure that the tool is unplugged from the power supply maintenance.
- Remove chips, oil, and grease from the machine. Keep the tools sharp and clean.
- Regularly check that all the fixing screws are tight and no cracks or damage on crack or damage the tools.
- Regularly check to see no damage on the cord.
- When the brush is burnt or broken, it must be replaced with new brushes. Always replace a pair at a time.
- When the woolen wheel wore out, change the wheel and the woolen must be concentric alignment with the polishing wheel.
