SOUNDPEATS TrueAir2+ Wireless Earphones User Manual

Dear customer,

Thank you for purchasing our product. Please read the following instructions carefully before first use and keep this user manual for future reference. Pay particular attention
to the safety instructions. If you have any questions or comments about the device, please contact the customer line.

Pairing

  • The earbuds automatically pair to each other after being taken out from the charging case. Light on main flashes in white and red, the second earbud stays in white.
  • Activate Bluetooth on the device and choose “SOUNDPEATS TrueAir2+” on Bluetooth list to pair.

Reset

(Try the following steps if you fail building connection between two earbuds, or between earbuds and device.)

  • Clear the pairing record between the earbuds and all your devices.
  • Place back both earbuds and make sure they are in charging status. Press and hold both MFBs for 10 seconds until both indicators flash in white twice.

Game Mode

SOUNDPEATS TrueAir2+ adopts the latest technology to ensure low latency in game mode and make sure the sound sync with the image.
Triple tap on the left to activate the game mode with a voice prompt “Game Mode” and deactivate the mode with a prompt “Exit Game Mode”.

Q&A

Q1: What does the charging LED tell while charging the case?
The LED stays on while charging and turns off after fully charged.

Green light 50%-100%
Yellow light 10%-49%
Red light Less than 10%

The LED flashes slowly while charging the case.

Red light Less than 20%
Yellow light 20%-69%
Green light 70%-99%
Green light stays on 100%

Q3: How to charger the case?

  • Use a Type-C adapter to charge the case (current not over 1A). The LED stays on while charging.
  • Please charge the earbuds and case at least once per 3 months when not in use for a long time.
  •  If the charging case supports charging via a wireless charging pad, please put it on a pad. Charging starts with LED light up and stay on.

Q4: Why are the earbuds still connected to my phone after placing back?

  • The charging case is out of battery. The case will not turn off the earbuds if the case battery is dead.
  • Please make sure the earbuds wit well in the charging case, and the charging contactors om both the earbuds and charging case are clean. If not, please try  something like microfiber cloth to clean the contactors.

Q5: The battery life is not as advertised?

A single charge will not give you 25 hours playtime constantly. The earbuds work around
5 hours per charge with average use. The charging case provides another 4 recharges

Warranty Conditions

A new product purchased in the Alza.cz sales network is guaranteed for 2 years. If you need repair or other services during the warranty period, contact the product seller
directly, you must provide the original proof of purchase with the date of purchase.

The following are considered to be a conflict with the warranty

conditions, for which the claimed claim may not be recognized:

  • Using the product for any purpose other than that for which the product is intended or failing to follow the instructions for maintenance, operation, and service of the product.
  • Damage to the product by a natural disaster, the intervention of an unauthorized person or mechanically through the fault of the buyer (e.g., during transport, cleaning by inappropriate means, etc.).
  • Natural wear and aging of consumables or components during use (such as batteries, etc.).
  • Exposure to adverse external influences, such as sunlight and other radiation or electromagnetic fields, fluid intrusion, object intrusion, mains overvoltage, electrostatic discharge voltage (including lightning), faulty supply or input voltage and inappropriate polarity of this voltage, chemical processes such as used power supplies, etc.
  • If anyone has made modifications, modifications, alterations to the design or adaptation to change or extend the functions of the product compared to the purchased design or use of non-original components.

These limits ore designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful Interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and. if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications.

However there is no guarantee that Interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful Interference to radio or television reception, which con be determined by turning the equipment off and on. the user is encouraged to try to correct the Interference by one or more of the following measures:

  • Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
  • Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
  • Connect the equipment Into on outlet on o circuit different from thot to which the receiver is connected.
  • Consult the dealer or on experienced radio/TV technician for help.
