Modification Warning
The ZENMUSETM H20N has been calibrated specifically for the designated camera
and lens before leaving the factory. No physical or mechanical modification or
adjustment of the gimbal is required or recommended. DO NOT add any other
component or device (such as a filter, lens hood, etc.) to the camera. The
Zenmuse H20N is a delicate instrument. DO NOT disassemble the gimbal or camera
as this will cause permanent damage.
Aircraft Compatibility Warning
The Zenmuse H20N is compatible with the DJI MATRICETM 300 RTK. To optimize the
performance of the gimbal, download the latest version of the DJI Pilot 2 app
and update to the latest aircraft firmware. Otherwise, the Zenmuse H20N may
not function properly.
Safe Use
Make sure to operate your aircraft in the safest manner possible. Observe the
procedures contained in the user manual and the online tutorials to mount and
connect the gimbal to your aircraft. By using this product, you hereby signify

The Zenmuse H20N has its own storage case only when purchased individually.
Zenmuse H20N
Equipped with two long-wave infrared thermal cameras, a zoom camera, and a
wide-angle camera, the Zenmuse H20N gimbal camera can provide infrared and
visual images simultaneously. Users can quickly switch to a highly magnified
zoom camera view after recognizing a target in a wide camera view. Thanks to
the laser range finder, the H20N can provide the location of a target and the
distance
to them during a search and rescue operation or aid in site inspection with
rapid positioning information
that improves working efficiency.
Zenmuse H20N can be mounted onto the Matrice 300 RTK aircraft and stream live
video to the DJI Pilot 2 app.

Installation
- Remove the gimbal cap and lens protector.
- Align the white and red dots and insert the gimbal onto the Matrice 300 RTK aircraft. Rotate the gimbal connector to the locked position.
Camera Controls
Remote Controller
Adjust the gimbal’s tilt using the left dial and adjust its pan by the right
dial. Press the shutter button or record button to take photos or record
video. Toggle the 5D button vertically to adjust the zoom and horizontally to
adjust the EV value. The customizable button C1 can be used to recenter the
gimbal, and the customizable button C2 can be used to switch between the main
and auxiliary screen.

DJI Pilot 2 App Controls
Besides capturing photos, recording videos, and providing playback, the touch
interface provides more
intuitive and convenient control options such as Auto Night Scene, Spot Meter,
Isotherm functions, and Link Zoom for visual and infrared thermal cameras.
