What’s Included

Getting Started

  • Place the unit on a sofa or chair with a backrest.
  • Connect the plug to a wall outlet not controlled by a light switch.

2-blade polarized AC plug:
To reduce the risk of electric shock, this appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician to install the proper outlet. Do not change the plug in any way.

Power ON/OFF

Press the POWER BUTTON to turn the massager on. The Power Indicator will light up on the control pad. Press again to turn the unit off. The Power indicator will turn off.

Auto Shut-Off

Note: The unit will automatically shut off after 15 minutes of use. Turn the unit ON again to resume operation. Always unplug the AC power cable after use.

How to Use

SPOT MASSAGE (NECK)
Press and hold the UP ARROW BUTTON to move the neck massager up to the desired position. Release the button to stop. Press and hold the DOWN ARROW BUTTON to move the neck massager down to the desired position. Release button to stop.
MANUAL KNEADING
Press the MANUAL KNEADING BUTTON once to start a kneading neck massage in a clockwise direction (the indicator light will turn on solid red). Press again to change to a counter-clockwise direction (indicator light will blink slowly). Press again to stop kneading.
AUTO KNEADING
Press the AUTO KNEADING BUTTON once to start a kneading neck massage in a clockwise direction (the indicator light will turn on solid red). The massage nodes will automatically change direction every 15-30 seconds. Press again to stop (indicator light will shut off).
SHIATSU MASSAGE (FULL/UPPER/LOWER)
Choose from 3 pre-set massage zones: Full, Upper, or Lower. The massage nodes will focus on your selected zone and the corresponding indicator light (Full, Upper or Lower) will turn on solid red while in use.
LOCATE SPOT MASSAGE (BACK)
When the Shiatsu Massage Mode is active, press the LOCATE BUTTON to start or stop a spot massage. Use the Locate Arrows (up or down) to move the spot massage to your desired location.
HEAT THERAPY
Press the HEAT BUTTON once to start heat therapy (the indicator light will turn on and the massage nodes will turn red). Press again to turn off heat (indicator light will shut off).
SEAT VIBRATION
Choose from 3 levels of intensity: Low, Medium, or High. Press the SEAT BUTTON once to set to Low. Press again to change to Medium, and press once more to set to High. Press a fourth time to turn off.

MAINTENANCE

  1. Unplug the unit before cleaning.
  2. Do not use steel wool, any liquid chemical cleansers, which could be abrasive or corrosive liquids (such as gasoline, acetone, or alcohol) to clean the product.
  3. Spot clean only. Wipe the cushion, control pad, and power cord only with a dry cloth. Do not use a damp cloth or detergent.
  4. When not in use, unplug the power cord and store the unit in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Do not place heavy objects on top of the unit during storage.
  5. Do not open the zipper. The product has no user-serviceable parts.
  6. NOTE: Not recommended for use on a wooden chair or surface as the zipper could damage the wood.

When using electrical products, especially when children are present, safety precautions must always be followed.

  • Unplug unit and clean only with dry cloth. Stronger cleaning agents, such as Benzene, thinner or similar materials can damage the surface of the unit.
  • The mains plug of power adaptor is used as the disconnect device, it shall remain readily operable.
  • Stop using immediately and seek medical attention if you experience any abnormal or severe pain.
  • This device should NEVER be left unattended when plugged in. Always unplug when not in use and before removing and replacing any of the attachments.
  • Close Adult supervision is required when this device is in use by, on or near children and disabled or persons with special needs.
  • Use this device only for its intended purpose as described in these instructions.
  • DO NOT operate this device if the cord or plug is damaged or frayed, has been ropped, damaged, or dropped into water, or is not working properly. Inspect periodically for any signs of damage. If damage is found, DO NOT USE. Return the device to a service center for examination and repair.
  • Keep the cord away from any sources of heat that could damage the cord’s insulation. Such as stoves, radiators, heat registers, or other appliances that produce heat.
  • DO NOT operate where aerosol products are in use or where oxygen is being administered.
  • DO NOT block or inhibit the proper ventilation of the device by using it under a blanket, pillow. Overheating can occur and can cause personal injury, including fire or electric shock.
  • ALWAYS keep the ventilation openings free of hair, lint, dust and other debris.
  • ALWAYS keep long hair away from the device while in use.
  • DO NOT use near loose clothing or jewelry.
  • To disconnect, turn all controls to the off position, then remove plug from outlet.
  • For Indoor Use Only. DO NOT use outdoors.
  • Use heated surfaces carefully. May cause serious burns. Do not use over insensitive skin areas or in the presence of poor circulation. The unattended use of heat by children or incapacitated persons may be dangerous.
  • This device is designed for personal, household, and nonprofessional use only.
  • Only gentle body force should be placed against the device to eliminate risk of injury. Do not lean on the massage mechanism when adjusting your body position.
  • Always wear clothing when using. Do not use on bare skin to avoid possible irritation.
  • To avoid injury, do not insert your finger into the massage node during operation.
