Introduction

The InstallGear offers the perfect amplifier kit for installing a car amplifier with the right wires and parts. The amplifier is an important part of the car’s sound system and boosts the low- level audio signals from the source to enough gain so that they can be used to power the speakers. The gauge power is 17 ft long and made of soft PVC jacket with copper clad aluminum. The length of the gauge ground wire is about 3 feet and is also made of soft PVC jacket and copper-clad aluminum. The amplifier kit has 17 feet 2 channel RCA audio cables with easy polarity identification.

How to connect the Amp Kit?
- Use the 14-gauge speaker wire to connect the speakers to the head unit.
- Connect one fork terminal to the 18-gauge remote wire.
- Connect this wire to the remote of the amplifier from the terminal end and the other side to the head unit.
- Connect one fork terminal to the 4-gauge power wire and connect it to the battery of the amplifier.
- On the other end of the 4-gauge power, a wire connects the ring terminal and connect it to the battery of the car.
- Connect the Grommet, split loom and ANL fuse holder as shown in the picture.
- Connect another fork terminal to the 4-gauge ground cable and then connect it to the ground of the amplifier.
- Connect the other end of the ground cable to a ring connecter and then to chasis ground point.
