Product overview

The LL03S HERE Advanced Tracker is using GPS, Wi-Fi and BLE positioning to accurately provide its location to HERE Tracking. The tracking device has built-in sensors for motion detection, shock detection, air pressure, temperature and humidity. Furthermore, the tracker has a built-in 10.000 mAh battery, an NFC tag and internal data storage. The tracker has standard 4G connectivity included and is IP65 dust and water-resistant.

Configuration

The tracker is already equipped with a 4G SIM card and does not need to be opened before actual use. Only required activity is to associate the tracker with the project in the HERE platform according to the procedure as described below.

  1. Use HERE Scanner App to read device’s unique QR code which will add the Tracker to your HERE Tracking Project or HERE scanner from Google Play Store.
  2. Enter the Device ID number manually into the ADD new device section in your Tracking Project. https://asset.tracking.here.com/
  3. Change reporting methods and frequency in the Assets/Edit asset menu as follows: Edits«

Pushbutton functions

Press the pushbutton on the side for the indicated seconds.

  • push 1 time: battery level (green = OK)
  • push 2 times: start manual ingestion
  • 3 sec push: set Transport Mode (LED will turn red)
  • 10 sec push: reboot to Normal Mode.

Installation recommendation

Always Check Battery status Box/parcel shipment: Insert the tracker inside the box. Pallet shipment:  Insert the tracker into an envelope (or box) and tape the envelope (or box) to the pallet. Car shipment: Place the tracker inside the trunk.

Troubleshooting

Type/ Use Tracker does not send data: Check battery level and recharge with USB-C power cable. Tracker does not send data: Reboot the tracker to Normal mode asit may be in Flight Mode. Tracker battery is draining to fast: Adjust reporting methods in Device setting to lower frequency updates. Tracker is not visible in Tracker Project: Verify Device ID and QR, enter the ID manually in your Tracking Project. Use of this product is subject to the warranty provided in the HERE customer agreement.
