Put one half on the centrifuge cone.
(Only after you are sure that the glass is in place and that the upper ring is in place to avoid splash back. )
For grapefruits, due to their size, remove the upper ring. Place half-sliced grapefruit on the centrifuge cone. Then put it back to the upper ring to avoid splashing back.

Electrical requirements:
The mixer of a class 2 category (double insulation) is powered by a single- phase alternating current and does not require a “u” ground plug.
A differential circuit breaker and one (1) 10A fuse is required. You must provide a 10/16A single-phase current socket.
Always verify that your power supply corresponds to the indication written on the motor unit and that it can take the amperage.
