    Yes, you can. Place one earbud inside the case and use the other one.

  • Do Air Buds Pro have a touch feature to change tracks?
    Yes, you can change tracks by tapping the earbuds. Touch and hold the left earbud for 2 seconds to go to the previous track. Touch and hold the right earbud for 2 seconds to go to the next track.

  • How is the calling?
    Air Buds Pro delivers a good quality calling experience.

  • Is the audio available in both ears during calls?
    Yes, Air Buds Pro supports stereo mode during both, calls and music.

  • Does it announce the caller’s name or number on incoming calls?
    No, it doesn’t.

  • What is the exact use of that case?
    The case works as both, a charging and holding case for Air Buds Pro.

  • Do Air Buds Pro have noise cancellation mode?
    Yes, Air Buds Pro comes with Environment Noise cancellation and Active Noise cancellation that reduces disturbing sound up to -25dB.

    Yes, Air Buds Pro can be connected to the laptop/computer as long as the latter is equipped with Bluetooth connectivity provision.

  • Do the earbuds support Bluetooth 4.2?
    Air Buds Pro earbuds are best suited with Bluetooth v5.0. However, they also support smartphones with Bluetooth v4.2 as well.

  • What is the Bluetooth range from the phone?
    The Bluetooth range is 10 meters without any obstacle.

BATTERY & CHARGING

  • What is the battery backup?
    In Basic mode, you get up to 4-hour playtime on a single charge & with a charging case, a total of up to 20 hrs. In ANC mode, 3.5 hrs on a single charge & with a charging case, you get up to 17.5 hrs.

  • How much time does it take to charge Air Buds Pro?
    Air Buds Pro takes up to 1 hour to fully charge.

  • Can Air Buds Pro earbuds be charged without putting them into the charging case?
    No, they cannot be charged without the charging case.

  • What to do in case the charging case is not charging?

  • How do I check the Air Buds Pro battery level?
    You can check it on your smartphone. Look at the Bluetooth icon on the notification bar. For the charging case, a blinking white LED on the case indicates charging, while the green LED indicates fully charged.

  • Can I charge Air Buds Pro with my PC/laptop?
    Yes, you can charge the earbuds with your PC/laptop. Though it is advisable to use the charging cable provided with the device.

GETTING STARTED

  • How to turn Air Buds Pro on and off?
    The earbuds will turn automatically on when you open the charging case and turn off on placing them inside the charging case and closing the lid.

  • How to pair Air Buds Pro with your smartphone?
    Before starting, make sure that the earbuds are charged. Open the charging case. Turn on the BT on your device and open the BT menu. Select ‘Add device’ and choose Noise Air Buds Pro.

TROUBLESHOOTING

  • Only one bud is working, what do I do?
    Check if the non-working earbud is charged and connected to your device. Try to reset the earbuds and connect them, if they still don’t work, please raise a support ticket at support.genoise.in.

  • How to reset Air Buds Pro?
    Fully charge your earbuds and charging case. On paired devices list in the Bluetooth menu, remove Noise Air Buds Pro. Place buds in the case & keep it open. Long press the Reset button on the case for 10 secs.

  • Is a single earbud available if one of them goes missing?
    No, single earbuds are not available.

    Yes, there is a 1-year manufacturing warranty from the date of delivery of the product.
