International Warranty

KENNETH COLE NEW YORK INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY
Your KENNETH COLE NEW YORK brand wellness watch is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship by KENNETH COLE NEW YORK under the terms and conditions of this warranty, for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

• battery, strap.
• damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
• water damage unless marked “water-resistant”. This warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship.

THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS. YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM COUNTRY TO COUNTRY. IN THE U.K., NOTHING IN THIS WARRANTY WILL AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.

• REQUESTING WARRANTY OR OTHER WATCH REPAIR
  Please send your watch, a copy of your sales receipt, and/or the warranty booklet with the dealer stamp and a description of the problem to the authorized international watch service center closest to you.
• For service work that is not covered under warranty, the service center may perform the services you request for a charge dependent on watch style and type of work requested. These charges are subject to change.
  Do not send the original packaging, as it will not be returned. KENNETH COLE NEW YORK highly recommends you insure your parcel and adequately protect the watch during shipment.
  KENNETH COLE NEW YORK is not responsible for products lost or damaged during shipment.

Appearance introduction

• The bracelet is made of healthy materials, please be assured to use it.
• Due to individual differences, if skin feels uncomfortable while wearing, please stop wearing and consult the doctor

Charging and start-up

Please charge the product for more than two hours before use. Align the charging port with the metal contacts on the charging base until the charging indicator appears on the bracelet screen.

• Please use the special charging cable that comes with the package, Keep the charging port clear and dry.
• Note: Do not use a power adapter with an output of more than 5V 1A to charge, otherwise the circuit may be burned, resulting in no charging.

APP download

1. Scan the QR code on the right with your mobile phone Or Go to APP Store to download and install GloryFit, Please give this software the corresponding permissions, to
   ensure that the Bluetooth connection is normal.

Binding

1. Open the APP and add the bracelet device you want to connect to the APP. When binding, please confirm that the Bluetooth addresses displayed on the APP and the bracelet
   are the same. (You can check the Bluetooth address of the bracelet in the bracelet settings)

2. When pairing, make sure that the Bluetooth of the mobile phone is turned on, and the bracelet needs to be close to the mobile phone to connect. After the pairing is successful, you can check the connection status in the pull-down notification bar of the bracelet.

Functions introduction

The bracelet supports full-screen touch, slide up, slide down, slide left, slide right, long press, and other operations, slide the screen to switch to view various functions; you can also click and long-press the screen for related operations.
The bracelet supports functions such as exercise monitoring, heart rate monitoring, message reminder, etc.

Common problem

1. The app can’t search the device
   Answer: Please try to press the device button first, if the screen is not lit, you can connect the device to the charger to charge, to ensure that there is power.

2. The device is repeatedly connected and disconnected
   Answer: Mobile phones of different brands will automatically clean up the mobile phone background program. You need to add the APP to the mobile phone white-list or self-start management.

3. The device cannot be charged
   Answer: Is there any dirt, corrosion, etc. in the charging place? Only the full contact between the USB interface and the charging head can charge successfully.

Maintenance

1. Do not wear bracelets for bathing, swimming or other water activities
2.  Do not expose the bracelet to a place with high moisture, high temperature or low temperature for long time
3.  Can prevent such as living room, office, laboratory, light industry studio, storage room dust conditions, not suitable for special dust environment.
4. The bracelet has crashed and restarted. Please check the phone’s memory information to clear and try again, or quit the APP and open it again.
